Dr. Booth has the best bed side manner of any professional in the medical field I've ever experienced. Her passion and kindness in any situation is remarkable. I've been going here for routine physical exams, sick visits, immunizations and flu shots. They always get me in for sick visits, common colds and sore throats ... or refills on meds. Highly recommend them.

Dr. John Cox is an old school doctor. I had an on and off ear ache, plus some congestion. I called his office and spoke to Maggie. She discussed with Dr. Cox my problem, looked at his schedule (it was tight) but Dr. Cox got me in at 5 PM tonight. If this isn't dedication you tell me what is!!! The Clinton Medical Associates, "Dr. Cox" and his entire team are "all_stars".

I broke my hand and was refused an in-person appointment to have my hand and x-rays assessed by the secretaries. They then lied to him claiming I was verbally abusive, which I wasn't, for being persistent that a proper assessment could not be done over a video call. When I waited quietly outside his doctor's office to hopefully speak with him the following week in order to clarify and report what happened, he greeted me with two security guards. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. He'll be lucky if he doesn't hear from my lawyer.

This office is an amaxing one for primary care doctors and family medicine. They really take the…read moretime to get to know their patients, and they have been able to provide good interaction with doctors over telemedicine during the current world situation. Of particular note is Dr. Karolina Lis-Hyjek who is a practioner of functional medicine. There are only a few doctors in Rochester that take that approach, and if you can see a doctor that does it really makes a huge difference in your health care and overall health. Problems that other doctors were not addressing because they seemed unreated suddenly make sense. "Functional Medicine is a systems biology-based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. Each symptom or differential diagnosis may be one of many contributing to an individual's illness." (The quote is from a page defining what funtional medicine is.) Doesn't that sound like a better idea than just treating problems one by one, not knowing what the overall cause is and how they are related? I hope more doctors will take this approach in the future. At last check, unfortionatly Dr. Karolina Lis-Hyjek was not taking new patients, because everyone who sees her tries to refer their friends and relatives. If she does ever have openings for new patients, I would highly reccomend her. Other doctors who I have seen when she was unavailable have also been nice, and the nurses and office staff here have been very friendly and helpful overall.
