They're hard to reach and many of the providers are so rude like they hate their jobs. The visit notes are always full of inaccuracies too which isn't right because you're stuck with that medical record.

He has always taken care of our entire family with the utmost professionalism. He is honest and gets straight to the point, not sugar coating anything, which I appreciate. Dr Zoglin is also a great doctor. He has cared for my sister though many illnesses and she speaks very highly of him. The nurses are always polite and kind as is everyone else in the office. One couldn't ask for a better health care provider.

The person who met me at the door (I was unwell), took me to my room and returned to my room after the exam to take my payment was unfriendly and seemed very unhappy in her job. The person at the check-in / check-out desk was too busy on her phone to acknowledge me when I spoke to her as I was leaving. I've been going to the practice for many years and have never felt so unwelcome before.

I chose this one because I was hoping it wouldn't be so crowded being away from Rochester and it wasn't. I checked in - completed my paperwork and was seen in less than an hour. In fact, it took just as long to get my prescription picked up! Hopefully, I don't need them again but would return if I needed too!
