The person who met me at the door (I was unwell), took me to my room and returned to my room after the exam to take my payment was unfriendly and seemed very unhappy in her job. The person at the check-in / check-out desk was too busy on her phone to acknowledge me when I spoke to her as I was leaving. I've been going to the practice for many years and have never felt so unwelcome before.

As happy as we are about the retirement and merge with RGH we have found it very difficult to make appointments and the wait time on hold is way to long. The staff is great too. They are friendly, efficient, & professional. You do not have to wait long to get an appointment. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen by the Doctor. Also there is adequate staff and they know what they are doing. The office is always clean and comfy with nice decor. The office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5;00PM and they don't break for lunch. I can't say one thing bad about this place. I love it here and would definitely recommend this office to anyone seeking excellent medical care.
