Went there feeling very sick, and sent for lab work. Week later get a call by a "professional" above that it was a "virus," and can be treated with over the counter medication. Follow up with a "primary care" physician., etc. Essentially still ill,, but I now have useless information delivered in an obnoxious tone. I guess they have too many patients, and too little empathy.

It was in person, I thought it was virtual. Somehow she ended up calling me back and I mentioned someone hung up on me before I could find out what type of appointment I had and she very quickly dwnoed hanging up on me. How can you say you didn't hang up on someone? You technically never know if you don't say "goodbye" and there was no "goodbye" said on the phone. So she kept denying it and I changed my primary. Stay away!
