At 4pm, still had not seen the doctor & I had to pickup grandson at 4:15pm so I told front desk the situation & left. Came home & seen I had a voicemail on my phone left by a Katrina. This message was rude & arrogant & said that "I walked out of my appointment" which I did, not because I wanted to but because I had waited 45 min & still had not seen a doctor & had to pickup grandson at 4:15. Then the message continued "If you want to reschedule or Discontinue your care here, call back" & that was said in a very rude & arrogant tone! I've never been treated so badly from an "Office Administrative Assistant" in a doctors office before. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
