Somehow she ended up calling me back and I mentioned someone hung up on me before I could find out what type of appointment I had and she very quickly dwnoed hanging up on me. How can you say you didn't hang up on someone? You technically never know if you don't say "goodbye" and there was no "goodbye" said on the phone. So she kept denying it and I changed my primary.
