I called the office and the doctor couldn't see me just to take this out. Granted he is shorthanded; however, usually a situation like this would be taken care of almost immediately by the doctor. It usually takes 10 minutes at the most to remove it. I could not get an appointment until May 2025. They put me on a cancellation waiting list. In the meantime I had to fend for myself and find another audiology doctor to remove the cap. Lack of caring and unprofessionalism.

I was impressed. When my needs increased, I sought her out to find she now owner her own business. I made my appointment since I knew I'd put off hearing aids long enough. I was seen by her associate Dr Juliet Stuber who was delightful. She was extremely thorough and slowly & carefully went through my evaluation, testing and comprehensive overview/explanation. She never once ever even mentioned it was time for hearing aids, but rather allowed me to make my own decision etc. i had done a great deal of my own research before this appointment and interviewed many hearing aid customers / patients. We discussed brands, types and features of several type & models and I went with the company my own research suggested. Dr Stuber explained the type & brand were perfect for my hearing loss. The day before my appointment they called to say they had a scheduling issue and they needed to change my appointment from 9 until 2 pm. I changed my schedule to accommodate them. At 4 pm they called for my insurance information as they do not take Workmans Comp. I was told 6 weeks ago they did when I made the appointment. They tried to lie and say they didnt know it was WC. However when they left the message that they do not take Workmans Comp..how did they know that is what I was using if they did not take the information when I made the appointment 6 weeks ago. Being lied to after a 6 week wait is very unprofessional
