She saw Dr. Strominger for an ear problem and felt like he really didn't listen, and dismissed her problem very quickly after a look in her ears. She went back a few times and got antibiotics that didn't help. Finally, after suffering for a year and a half, she went to another ENT in town who identified her problem on the first visit by doing a pressure test and finding there was no pressure in her ear. She feels strongly that Dr Strominger was dismissive and arrogant, and didn't feel well cared for at all.

Dr Pulli is the real deal. He's an amazing doctor and takes time to listen to concerns and explain things. I loved him so much that when my son was having reoccurring sinus issues I schedule him for a visit with Dr. Pulli. He was amazing with my five year old. Dr Pulli talked to my son and listened to his answers even if In typical five year old fashion it was long winded. I felt very at ease with our conversation and course of treatment for my son. Also the nursing staff and receptionist were extremely friendly and nice. The nurse talked to my son like he was her own. It makes my heart happy. The walls are in disrepair, there is a big promotional banner for hair plugs (in an ENT office- not sure how these 2 things are related), but what was gross was significant amount of dust on both the counter and the instrument table. I swiped my finger on the tool table and it left an impression from all the dust, which leads me to believe these tools are also unclean and not sterile! Dr. Mariotti comes in and I explain my 15 year history with my ear, he did not have my chart for review and asked several questions that he could have easily found answers to in my file. He made several negative comments about Dr. Stec, which I found unprofessional and disconcerting, given their past partnership and with whom I had a trusting relationship for many years. His remarks were off-putting. He was very sure of himself, spoke to me in a condescending manner, treated me like I don't know anything about my own history. Dr. Mariotti's negative comments about Dr. Stec, his lack of familiarity with my medical history, and his condescending manner left me feeling uncomfortable. I would not recommend this practice anymore! I would not recommend Dr. Mariotti for any consultation or any treatment!

There's a reason. My ear has been plugged since December 11th. My primary said I should go to an ENT. When I called for an appointment, I specifically said that my ear is plugged, at one point perforated ear drum that had drained a bit but was still plugged. Was told I had to have a hearing test first, why you ask? Because you said you have hearing loss. Doh, my ear is plugged, I also have tinatus which is much louder now, I just want my ear unplugged. Must have hearing test first, it's protocol. So I go, why are you here? Plugged ear. Audiologist, why are you here? Plugged ear, they told me I had to have a hearing test first, all I want is my ear unplugged. Test done, she starts to explain the results and I tell her I really don't care, all I want is my ear unplugged. See the quack who starts to explain the test results and I tell him, don't really care, I just want my ear unplugged. Looks in my ear, yes the perforation has healed. I tell him I've even done the plug your nose and blow to try and unplug it. Well keep on doing that. I looked at him and said that's it? Yup. Grabbed my purse and walked out. He sent a letter to my primary letting him know that I'll be following up with him, not a snowball's chance in hell. Avoid this place. Waste of time and money

My closest friend was having issues with her tonsils and needed to get them removed. Naturally, I…read morewent with her to send her off into surgery. We checked in, and the process was smooth and comforting. When you walk in, the smell of old cigarettes slaps you in the face, but other than that, the waiting room is serene and clean. We waited a little, then the nurse called my friends name and didn't say anything to me. This was her first major surgery, so she was naturally a bit nervous. They started prepping her for surgery and both of us were left wondering when we were going to say "goodbye" or even just a clarification of what was happening. The nurse only came out to tell me my friend needed help with something. Turns out, she needed to take off all her earrings before surgery, which was not communicated to us at anytime before arriving. The earrings had been put on by the piercer at the jewelry shop and were very difficult to take off. After about 20 minutes, we pried the earrings off. It definitely would have been more painless and less difficult to have been notified earlier. After the earring debacle, I just stayed with her in the prep room while the IV was places and other various prepping procedures were administered. We then had the chance to say goodbye before the actual surgery. All in all, the experience was quite nice. The staff and the nurses were very pleasant!! Would definitely recommend.
