    Furniture came with stains and the customer service is really poor. Getting in contact with someone…read moreis like pulling teeth. When I did speak with someone, I was constantly transferred to different people. I had to pay extra to get them to pickup my furniture despite them knowing my lease end date upon doing business. All and all, the furniture did its job. I wouldn't suggest doing business with them.

Items were "forgotten" and clearly not quality checked before sending them out to me, the reason for yet another delay. Also they failed to let me know items were damaged in shipping, until I called multiple times and demanded to know where the rest of my delivery was, after showing up without the items. They have done nothing to make this right, or give me any transparency, besides offer empty apologies and more promises of "fixing" that never seems to come. I am sitting here without a clue of where my furniture is or when it will finally be here, because nobody seems to give me a concrete answer! Doing business with this company is like lighting a pile of money of your money on fire. Honestly, I have had such an awful experience working with inhabitr. I recently moved across the country and needed furniture for my space. I contacted the inhabitr's interior design team, who put together a lovely design. I immediately purchased, due to time restrictions, which they assured me would be met. I confirmed over and over that the furniture would be delivered on time. I had to confirm once again that it would be delivered on time, but they let me know two days before delivery, the original set wouldn't come for a while. Ok. They gave me a replacement set. Then they said they would swap the furniture a week later. No biggie. The day before my furniture was scheduled to arrive, they told me it would come another week later! Then I texted again the day before, confirming the delivery, and guess what!! It's delayed again. So they confirmed the new delivery a few days later. And it doesn't take a genius to guess what happens next. They delayed half my items again, and guess what? They just delayed my items again. I understand the delays. However, it's been almost a month, and I'm paying for furniture I didn't order or want.They also delivered my bed in my original order the wrong color. Instead of cream, it is mint green. They said they quality check every order, but this makes me think they don't. I am still waiting on half of my furniture, and it gets delayed every time my delivery is confirmed. The only good part about working with the inhibitor was the lovely people who moved our replacement set in. Leon and his team were super friendly and helpful. Overall, I would not recommend inhabitr. The stress and inconvenience this has caused aren't worth it.

    I ordered my couch December 6 th the following week we received delivery on Wednesday. The couch…read moredidn't fit, and a wall was scratched up, and the couch was dirty, and damaged. We called and spoke with joe. He stated that he would check into getting us a couch sooner. That was the first lie. Joe stated that we can place a new couch order, or he could call around to other stores. We assumed (our mistake) that he would be true to his word and do such. That same night I had to use my name to order a new couch as they still didn't cancel the one under my husbands name. We used the purchasing power to order a queen adjustable base. Delivery day for couch and base is today. They bring a TWIN adjustable base. We call, and they said it will be TWO WEEKS before we can get the right product! I called and made a complaint! It is unreal how people can be this horrible!! Update: GM Kevin states delivery will be this Tuesday, NOT 2 weeks + like Joe stated. Great delivery drivers. Sales manager Joe not so much! Quality of couch is AMAZING.

I knew we needed a TV and Couch. Being a avid Aarons customer, I know what to expect when walking into the store to purchase and Item. I was greeted by Marie and Jonathan upon this initial arrival. Marie had a warm spirit and asked me directly what I needed. I explained to her that I just moved to Round Rock and we previously used Aarons at another location. She immediately gets everything verified and starts helping me look for couches. I have a very high energy personality so I expect the same especially if you are going to sell me something. We discuss couches and ended up not deciding on one because my husband was staying cautious of price point ( as you know the interest can get really high). But that was okay because I assured Marie that I would be able to decide once I could get him in the store. Now as for the TV, Johnathan somewhat helped me out with that, I seen a 75 inch tv for prelease at a good price, now preleased is from what I am known to not be displayed models, but he was VERY ABBRASIVE in not letting me get the 75 inch, but why, if I tell you that, that's the TV that I want as a existing customer whos going to be spending his cash here, id like to be listened to. Well you could tell he was a sales man from a mile away. He then tried to convince me to get a 65 inch LG TV with a Samsung sound bar, Which I had already had previously. I was not impressed during the test, not because I have anything against Samsung, I have just worked for apple for 2 almost 3 years and Samsung isn't something that I like. Well I knew that I wanted a TV as soon as I could and almost got that package I felt forced with, but luckily Marie needed Zach there because he was the main signer on the last items we received from them. Great! That part was over now I could pick up my husband and finally decide well a week later we come in again! Marie and Justin greet us both and I assure Marie we are ready to defiantly decide on a TV and Now Laptop but still think about the couch, this whole experience was fast and fun, with everything we liked, even if we changed our minds 30 times, you could feel they just wanted us to be comfortable with what we are getting. My husband likes things done in the same day I'm more patient with these types of things. By chance, he asked Justin if he could drop if off today and he went out of the way to make that happen. The gratitude I had at that moment, I believe Justin is the manager and you can tell by his great social skills and communication with the customer. Only thing is Justin we have to get you off Xbox and over to PS4. Well that day wrapped up good, everything got delivered, we were just finally deciding on the couch, well let me tell you something, my husband had seen a couch in the back for prelease and Marie called him and let him know it would be going on sale soon, which he got really excited about, besides everything else you heard, this is where Johnathan's role gets a little weird in this customer experience. MY husband calls and makes sure they updated the price for the couch and gets told its 300 cash and carry, we were a little bummed but was going to make something work, so we decide to go up into the store because we seen it online and figured maybe we could get it new. Well the couch was on display for lease ( Which is weird because it was for sale for 300) but we get excited and decide to take it for lease. Well in this building im pretty sure Johnathan heard us talking about this couch and going over details, it wasn't until the last minute he rudly stated it was already going out today. (WELL WHY DID YOU LET US DECIDE ON IT WHEN YOU WERE RIGHT IN THE FRONT). I kept my composure but one thing I dislike is non empathetic customer service works. Marie continued to helped up and we finally decide on another couch, Marie goes to Justin for assistance with the couch pricing, we get served a quote and it looks good, so we are like okay lets take couch number 2, once again very abrasively he was determined something was wrong with the pricing and went to go double verify making me feel uncomfortable for not only myself but for Marie whos just trying to sell me a couch, well he comes back, and is sure that the price isn't right. She changes it as he's hovering by her. She fixes it but honestly for the price, it was way too ugly. So I got to pick my dream couch and honestly couldn't be more excited since It was going to be the same as the dream couch. Now once again I'm looking around and I spot a dresser for 50 Pick up and Carry, I state I will come in pay for it tomorrow and Justin said he could deliver it. Well my Husband just called and guess who said it was a mistake, Johnathan. I'm very confident in this store, I don't appreciate false advertisement, nor do I ever treat people as if they aren't worth it.
