Paul is hands down the best in the business. We've used 2 other pool services in the past and our pool was never serviced or inspected to make sure it was functioning properly. I am so grateful I have Paul. It's hard to find a pool repair company that truly cares about the quality of their work and is passionate about what they do. Paul encompasses all these things. He's the real deal. Qualified, professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. He can take one look at my pool and equipment and diagnose the issue immediately, then make the necessary repairs.
Most pool companies only know how to clean pools and have no qualifications or any business repairing or servicing pool equipment. I had someone in the past that claimed to know what they were doing and caused more damage. I learned my lesson the hard way, make sure they are qualified to make repairs! Thank God for Paul. I'll never go with anyone else ever again.
His expertise is SPECIFICALLY IN POOL REPAIRS. Almost all the pool services in Eastvale and the surrounding area only clean pools and don't have the training or proper knowledge or skills to diagnose and perform even a minor repair, let alone a complicated one. Paul does. He's professional, qualified, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, been in the business for years, and has a killer sense of humor. That last quality may not matter that much to you, but it matters to me and that's just an added bonus. I actually look forward to bugging him when he services my pool. He's so good. I call him The Pool Whisperer. The only person I trust with my pool.
Before I switched over to Paul after 2 previous pool companies that service Eastvale/Corona I thought my pool was just old. I thoughts that's the way it looked until I hired Paul. After going with Paul I realized the previous pool services I used had no clue what they were doing. They never took the time to inspect my equipment properly and I always felt like they were rushing to get to the next customer. I never realized how terrible my pool looked until Paul fixed it.
The first day, he diagnosed some issues with my equipment that were never noticed by the previous company. He made some minor repairs, did fixed the salt cell, cleaned the filter, repaired a damaged vacuum that I didn't know wasn't working because the other company never noticed or checked it. The following day after Paul came, my pool was crystal clear, like new. It hadn't looked like that in years. Now it looks the way it did 15 years ago when we got it. If you are searching for a qualified pool repair professional, stop searching, you found it. He's the best. His work speaks for itself. Thanks again Paul for everything and all your hard work. I promise no more dog soup this summer. I'll keep the dogs out the pool! No more hairy filters LOL
