Great customer service, very responsive and prompt with pickup of items. They are providing storage for us long term and it's an easy process to coordinate. read more

We worked with a different shredding company for years. They were expensive, hard to communicate with, and just terrible overall. What an amazing experience we've had since we switched to Corodata! When I call, I speak with an actual person who can provide answers and assistance, their prices can't be beat, and they are always on time! Thanks! read more

Letitia Lipston has been very helpful and responsive to our ordering request, chart was ordered via email request and a confirmation was sent and chart was delivered in a timely manner. read more

just want to thank the driver Johnny, very nice guy, helpful, courteous, and has a positive attitude. Thank you Johnny

My establishment has been using this company's service for a while. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or the system they have in place is the issue itself. They rarely run on time (in terms of the scheduled day for pick up) & I signed up for text alerts to be sent before the driver comes to pick up & the text alert came once & did not come for the next pick up till after the driver picked up the bags & left our facility. This company lacks professionalism as well work ethics & I'll be looking to request my establishment to terminate their services. Kiran H. I have been using corodata for more than 10 years and I have only put up with their horrible service, disorganization and dishonorable practices because it's expensive to switch. I have finally terminated their service and the process of getting things wrapped up has been even worse. I recommend reputable businesses that away from this company. This is an amazing place to store banker's boxes. I transferred all the boxes for the two offices I work at from local (and quite expensive) storage to this facility 3 years ago and am still very happy. Not only is the price right, the personnel is fantastic - Jason, Dan and Lisette to name a few, but all are helpful and accommodating. Check out Corodata for storage, it's just over the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge - quick and easy to get to. Oh, they pick up and deliver your boxes at very reasonable rates too. read more

BEWARE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THEM Spoke with Peggy and she was completely sarcastic, rude and unhelpful. The voice of a company absolutely should be much stronger than that of a person who hates their job. When it comes down to a time crunch you absolutely can not rely on Corodata. I have had customer service mishaps like this several times and overall just quite tired of it.. Make sure you have access to your records because at some point they make it completely unavailable. read more

April of 2022 and every word of my review from 2012 is still true! I still love working with Corodata! They are the best!! Truly Outstanding Customer Service!! read more

AWFUL company! I'm getting harassing calls from a telemarketer who when asked to please put us on the do not call list replied with "We don't do that, we call you whenever we feel like it". I called the office and some nasty girl named Kaylee tried to play games with me and left me on hold to talk to her manager who magically didn't answer the phone when she transferred me. I've called the FTC about this. AWFUL company, DO NOT USE!! read more

My company uses Corodata for many years and we love their services. If I sent them email, they would response very quickly and always within one or two days pick up service. The guy picked up the boxes also very polite and very professional. I would highly recommend them. read more

We use Corodata for our business storage. They truly are awesome. It's always a pleasure to work with Corodata especially Letitia from the office and Bryan, our shredder guy. They are all easy to work with and very accommodating. As for the price of services they offer, they are very affordable compared to other companies that I used to work with. Thank you for an excellent service! read more

Where do I begin! We have been using Corodata for years, and for as long as I've been in this department(a law firm) Nathalie Munoz (Pt. Richmond) has been my contact. Her professional product knowledge and super quick response times (within minutes) has made my job in getting files delivered to the Attorneys in a timely manner a whole lot easier! Nathalie Munoz is the Queen of simplifying Records Management! Thank you Nathalie! read more

We contract with this company for records storage and destruction. Dealing with them is difficult and you cannot ever be sure what you are asking for will get done. However you can be assured that they will charge you a very large amount of money to make mistakes. When you try and rectify a situation it is more than likely that the person on the other end of the line will try and make this your fault. If you can find another business to contract with for your record storage run don't walk toward them. As an office manager I can assure you that given the choice I will never work with this company again. read more

I have been working with Corodata, formerly Corovan for years for Documnet Management, the people we interact with are professional, sincere, and just plain nice. If you are on a budget, you can't beat their pricing compared to the other alternatives out there. read more

Our Agency Office of Community Investment & Infrastructure (OCII) have been using Corodata since 2010. I give them seven (7) stars. They are supportive, patient, professional, and efficient. They always put customer satisfaction first. They have a superb staff: Marshall, Nathalie, Keith, Letitia, Elicia, all top notch. It is worth the service. Thank you. Corodata is awesome! They provide stellar service and the prices are very reasonable.

Leticia is so efficient and sweet! Keith is fast when loading up my boxes. And to top it all off, Corodata is very inexpensive.

This company called multiple times to schedule a time to "share a report with me" on off-site medical storage. I told them multiple times that we didn't need their services and I didn't want anything that they were selling. They insisted it wasn't a sales pitch but more just an opportunity to share. To get them to stop calling, I finally agree to have them come in. The guy comes in, asks me about our medical storage needs, I tell him we don't even have any, and he goes "oh, well that's what I came to talk about. Have a good day then!" And he leaves. What a waste of time both parties to have them come out for something I already told them we didn't need. The guy ends up telling me they use a 3rd party to schedule these meetings. Well, tell your 3rd party to LISTEN before you waste both our times. I've never even used this company but I already have a distaste for them and would never want to use them in the future. read more

Corodata strikes again! This time, they found my email address and subscribed me to their newsletter without my permission when I was out of the office caring for a sick relative. Their emails are now set to go automatically in the spam filter. I've told them "no" over thirty times, but they think spamming me will change my mind. read more

These guys are amazing, efficient, cheap, and friendly. I have hundreds of boxes of legal archives stored with them, which they deliver to my office with a few hours' notice. They are efficiency experts, and cost-effective to boot. My firm pays a fraction of the cost we paid at Recall. I am very pleased. read more

Great scanning job; terrible billing practices! We hired Corodata to scan and return boxes of files, based on a contract that included a per-page price, costs for delivery, etc. The scanning job was great and they turned it around in a week, but the bill they sent reflected twice the contracted per-page rate, plus a bunch of extra costs that were indicated as being free on our signed contract. The bill also included costs that were not associated with our job, including "file retrieval" that never happened while they had our documents in their possession. They tried to correct the bill several times over the course of six months, but each time the per page rate was still wrong, despite my re-sending them the signed contract, and they kept including those extra charges that were not a part of our scanning job. It's a shame, because the scanning job was really good, but I can't work with a company using such shady billing practices. read more
