On moving day, Murdock's strong, handsome crew got right to work wrapping items that we didn't have the ability to prepare, like a lounger or irregularly shaped item, quickly and effectively. They were kind and professional and got the job done in a safe and efficient manner, saving us money along the way. On the other end of the move, we were ready for delivery, thanks to Murdock's educational video. Furnishings were loaded into the proper rooms, and time was taken to organize boxes in the new garage in a way that we could access them easily. We could not have been more pleased... and relieved that we had all of our earthly belongings delivered right to our new location. Property manger is horrible and doesn't know what she is doing majority of the time. Their system is old so your payments will not reflect on their end so you'll remain locked out from accessing your own unit. You also will be charged late fees because their auto pay/ notification system is trash. Horrible horrible storage facility. Do not use! Spare yourself the headache.
