Warning! This store facility is not safe. Over half of my stuff was stolen stuff that you couldn't…read morejust walk out with you had a vehicle. Therefore somebody is working there is Doing It .When I reported it to the facility, They were very rude and unhelpful. Did not want to review the cameras and have limited cameras in the facility. I believe they call a Kansas City Shuffle still from units to make a profit selling units once a month unit auction. Put a lock on it leading to be thinking I lost my keys. They came and cut it off and open the unit more than half of my stuff.

I rented a spot for my 5th wheel about a year ago was repairing some electrical on Monday left…read moreabout 5:00pm went back on Wed around 2:00pm drove up and my 40ft cardinal 5th wheel was gone. I went to the office and asked Nancy where it was she said you didn't take it out I said no, I would've told you, and the night security guard said he didn't see anything, tell me how does a 40ft 5th wheel get out a locked security locked gate after hours. That was my home, just getting ready to move it. Made a police report and they said they weren't going to look for it. Nancy said there are no cameras and they don't carry any insurance. I suggest you do not rent from olive grove mini storage.

I was needing a storage unit in June or July for my son, a college student, and was seriously getting worried that we would not be able to secure one. Matthew put us on their waiting list. A couple weeks later, Matthew called me (I didn't have to keep calling him and asking for updates) and said one was available beginning June 1. Needless to say, I was thrilled, and we now have a storage unit. This type of customer service is becoming very rare these days!
