Please read this before attempting to use this place. If you want dirt and rat shit all over your stuff this place is perfect for you! Property manger is horrible and doesn't know what she is doing majority of the time. Their system is old so your payments will not reflect on their end so you'll remain locked out from accessing your own unit. You also will be charged late fees because their auto pay/ notification system is trash. Horrible horrible storage facility. Do not use! Spare yourself the headache. read more

I rented a spot for my 5th wheel about a year ago was repairing some electrical on Monday left about 5:00pm went back on Wed around 2:00pm drove up and my 40ft cardinal 5th wheel was gone. I went to the office and asked Nancy where it was she said you didn't take it out I said no, I would've told you, and the night security guard said he didn't see anything, tell me how does a 40ft 5th wheel get out a locked security locked gate after hours. That was my home, just getting ready to move it. Made a police report and they said they weren't going to look for it. Nancy said there are no cameras and they don't carry any insurance. I paid on this storage for a family member for quite some time until I was unable to contact someone to continue payments. This happened well over two years ago and I had forgotten and took a loss for this unit since. I received a missed call from this number the other day which surprised me, I can only assume they want to make up for missed payments but it's too late for that as I did not own the unit in the first place. I feel I wasted a lot of money "helping" to pay for this. read more

I have called at least once a month for the last four months and left a detailed message trying to pay for my unit. I've NEVER received a bill in the mail so I have no idea how much my bill is now. I live out of town so I can't just drive over and wait outside for an hour or two for someone to show up in the office. Is this even legal? Can I even be charged for those months if I can't get a hold anyone to pay for my unit? I don't even know if she's put a lien on it now since they don't send anything in the mail or call anyone. We have memorabilia from my husbands mother and grandmother and my sons baby stuff. I left a message in week and when I called the following week the voicemail was changed but I was not called back. read more

Very poor storage facility. There is never anyone in the office at a consistent time. They don't send out their statements so your never sure what your bill is. Very un professional. This place is a joke. read more

Worst storage units EVER! We have lived in many states and therefore moved many times and had occasion to use storage units in several states. Olive Grove was fairly new and conveniently located for us so we moved our belongings, including furniture and all household belongings into their facility. We have never had a problem or a complaint concerning the dozens of units we have rented prior to Olive Grove. When we purchased our new home we retrieved our belongings from the Olive Grove units. What a shock, virtually all our furniture had damage from moisture and literally fell apart when we tried to move it. To make it even ickier cockroaches and mice had invaded our pristine belongings......how could that happen in new storage units (I, personally, had never even seen a cockroach prior to the ones we found in our belongings after being stored in Olive Grove)? We went to the managers office and told him what we found, furniture falling apart and warped, cockroaches and mice droppings covering everything. He, slyly told us they never advertised or promised that the units were climate controlled....what? Apparently their was no insulation in the ceilings therefore when there was condensation on the metal roof it flowed dripped and glopped onto our furniture and other belongings, ruining them. Further the manager shrugged his shoulders when we asked how mice and cockroaches got into our units that were brand new and never rented before. We went back to examine our units and realized the walls on the units do not reach the ceilings. Therefore if neighboring units were filled with other peoples properties that contained cockroaches, spiders, or vermin like mice or rats they had free access to our unit. We went back to the managers office, asked what we could do.....his response.....not one thing since they never advertised that the units were climate controlled. I mentioned that they should advise people that their belongings were not protected from pests including the human kind, who could easily move from unit to unit from inside their unit. The managers answer "buyers beware"! I guess it was shocking to us to have such a poor experience after the dozens of positive experiences at various locations in various climates in several states. We had another unit at Rainbow Storage in Corning, rented at the same time as Olive Grove, we still have that unit and have had zero damage from moisture, mice, rats cockroaches or any other vermin. Shame on Olive Grove for their business ethics and lack of professionalism. read more
