When unforeseen changes had to be made to our project order, they were very thoughtful and so generous to us. They allowed us to set up payments in a way that matched our budget. Their project manager and owner responded to questions, came by to check on the crew's work, gave us design suggestions, and respected our decisions. We felt cared for on this project! The crew was extremely cleanly each day of work. When they left each day, the site was spotless, as if there had been no work. This was the way it was every single day of the project. The project, roof and siding combined, took roughly 5 or six weeks. They were so kind to even install my window boxes at no cost. This company knows how to do the work, but most importantly is very customer focused. That's our biggest takeaway and we would highly recommend for roofing and siding work.

We had none of the aggravation most contractors bring to a job. And they were in and out in a week. The walls had deteriorated in several areas because of water damage, house settling and age, as the house is nearly 100 years old. The interior of the closet was a real mess and now it looks really nice. He installed a new closet door and that was perfect, too. In sum, the completed work was impeccable. There have been a couple times when we realized that we forgot to specify some details in the specifications (for example, damage to plaster when molding was replaced) and Guy took the initiative to take care of the work at no extra charge, without being asked, even though it was not in the spec. Brian was extremely prompt. He was on time for the initial quote, on time when he said he was coming over to drop off samples, and he and his crew were even a bit early on both days of work required to complete the roof. Brian was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process, answering all of my questions, and taking the time to get on the roof himself to take close up pictures to show me the issues that we had so that I was better educated. We needed to have the entire roof replaced, and Brian told us it would take one day, possibly two worst case scenario. Turns out out roof was not properly vented and so we had FORTY sheets if plywood that needed to be replaced. Had it not been for that extreme amount of additional work, I am certain they would have finished in one day. Both days the weather outside was approximately 15 degrees, but that didn't stop him or his crew. They were at the house by 7:30 AM (on Saturday and Sunday), and didn't leave till after the sun went down the first day. Very hard working, cleaned up after themselves each day as immaculately as you could hope a roofing crew to. We had the roof done in early November, and there has not been an issue yet, so I haven't had to call Brian back to fix anything (though given our experience up till now, I have no doubt he would make it right back out here).All told, it was an extremely pleasant process working with Brian and his crew, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who would listen. Stan came over, saw my situation and right away knew exactly what I want. He saw that it was very narrow and said he can make it a little wider. While he was there, I mentioned that I want to have my foundation wall finished with stucco. He told me he has a guy who can do that too. Well, I got a couple of other quotes from others and I knew after that Stan was the right guy for the job. His numbers are very reasonable and I can tell he knew what he was doing.
