I had overall bad experience with them. Positive: Initial communication. Quick response for the estimate request. Negative: Communications after the estimate. Work quality and accountability. I requested exterior concrete repair on the bottom of chimney where there were cracks. Estimate: Estimate was done in person. Initial estimate was ~2x higher than other companies. I gave him my budget which is lower than that, and I was told that that was too low and difficult to do that within the budget. But after I told him about other companies estimates, he matched the price, but still the highest among all estimates I got. But I decided to hire them out of appreciation of someone showed up in person. Originally at the estimate, I was told I did not have to be at home when they were working. I was also told the work would be done in one day and the second day was just to check the concrete was properly cured. At the estimate I had to pay a half upfront as a deposit. Day 1 of the work: They never sent me confirmation before the work day. In the morning of the scheduled day, I did not hear anything. So I contacted them to ask if they were still coming around 9am. I was told that they would be coming the next day. I told them I would be appreciated if they could have told me earlier if there was a rescheduling, since I decided to work from home that day just in case. Then, they said they would send someone that day. I thanked them for the adjustment. I was told that they were on route. But until after 2pm, nobody showed up. I contacted them again if they were still coming. I was told that they stopped by (which I did not see them though) and getting materials and heading back. Again until 5pm nobody showed up. I contacted them again. They I was told they would finish the job next day. At that point I got a call and they explained they had a big emergency that day that was why the job was delayed, but that is very inconsistent from I had been told (they said they were on route, or stopped by and grabbing materials). Finally after 5pm close to 6pm, one guy showed up and started working on the concrete - broke off surface cracks from the concrete and put wires. Then less than 20min, he left. After he left, the all broken concrete were just left there. (See the Day1- after picture, that was taken in the next morning). Day2 of the work: They came slightly before the noon. I was working from home again just in case if I need to move my car, etc. And the door was knocked, the worker asked me to fill the two full buckets of water. This again happened later in the afternoon. I was surprised that I had to fill their buckets, even though I was told I did not have to be at home during their job done. What would have happened if I was not there? Then finally they poured the concrete and left with wood frames attached to cure. That was again left with a mess - cement debris and some wood debris (See Day2-after pictures). Then, I was told "we finished the work" and to pay the rest to them already. I told them that the work is not done. But I was again told that the work was done. They still had to come back and clean up, and touch-up as in the contract. I sent a screen shot of the contract stating they need to cleanup and touch up. I told them after all is done I would pay. Day 3 of the work: They came and removed the wood frames, cleaned the area - but they shoved the sand into the snow piles. Aftermath: The original concrete was not sticking out from the bricks like this. See the Day1-after picture, you can see the structure of original concrete. The concrete was simply laid over so now it is sticking out. Also, the original concrete was under the siding. They put concrete over the siding - not a clean job. (See picture Day3-after). And just 1 month after the job, even I did not touch the concrete, I already see a crack in the middle of the concrete, and the edges are dull. (See pictures 1 month after) I saw good reviews on yelp so I was hoping better experience. Overall, I would not recommend them from all aspects. read more

Highly recommend Elite contractors for your remodeling needs. I used them to buy and install shower sliding doors and had a great experience all round. Communication with Rob was excellent. He was prompt and complete in his responses. I was treated with respect even though our job was not the biggest. Provide standard answers about your business, years in service, trades they have in house vs contracting, bbb rating, 3 customer referrals. This is all very standard for general contracting work and they refuse to provide this until after I accept their quote, that's backwards. A knitted knowledgeable customer should research whether this is a reputable company that stands by their work with great customer referrals before we waste time getting a quote. Beware of businesses that put up a wall to simple questions- RED FLAG. read more
