The shelves are half stocked, making simple things like a pizza or even checking out becomes a hassle. We have been trying to come here for convenience but honestly, as the girl said tonight "if you don't like it find somewhere else". We have, and we will use QuickTrip. Never have we seen such a quick and downhill decline. They have people smoking meth in the bathrooms and shooting heroin out back against the wall. There are used needles on the ground. They have the floor covered in packages that they haven't unboxed and have pallets just blocking main entrances as fire hazards. One of the grossest and nastiest stores I been to in north Texas. The soda fountains either are covered in soda syrup or they don't work at all. Then if we do ask them to look for something they didn't manage to stock they get mad at us like we are the problem for trying to spend our money at their location. Most of the times it's basics like cups and lids. Most of the coffee cups are never stocked, from small to large. We are lucky if creamer is out, and if anyone asks they are treated like an idiot. The way people snap on customers and the fact the store is in business still is crazy to me. Then the icing on the cake, the white girl covered in tattoos with brown hair has had a worse and worse attitude every single time we come in as a family. We drew the line today when she was rude to us and called a customer racist while screaming at him and threatening him with the cops. It was unprofessional to say the least and we say her get other employees to harass the girl he came in about who left crying. The fact all of this is going on is completely insane. I feel like this location even if it did clean up everything has been so tarnished by its reputation. And the fact that all of the good employees are gone shows you that the employees run the store not the managers. If I could rate this lower than one star I would. I won't bring my kids back here again. I have lost faith in Racetrac as a brand but not in God. I really do hope people review this before they work there. We have been Racetrac customers as a family ever since we moved into our house off Buckland since it's always been a short walk until the heat hit. Now after all of this we are sad to leave but realize QuickTrip is only a short car ride and they keep the stores in nice conditions than drug addicts in the bathroom.

She did not know how to choose the annuity option for mega millions and said her manager is outside doing the grounds. I went to look for her and found her dumping boxes in the dumpster. I said excuse me could you help me with lotto tickets because the lady inside doesn't know how to do it? And the managers response was "yeah when I'm finished here". I thought that was a really rude response especially for a manager of the store when you have only one employee on a Saturday at noon running the register and doesn't know how to do the lotto machine with annuity payments. I walked back inside the store and now there were 5 people in line in front of me. I was just going to pay for my drink and leave. The manager came inside about 2 min later and hopped on a register and started helping checking people out. When I got to her I told her what I wanted and she completed my order. As I was walking out I heard her tell the other cashier not to ever send customers out to her when she is in the dumpster area. I do not know the managers name because she had no name tag on. The other cashier did not either. The manager was a thin white lady with brownish real curly hair. I do not think she was polite and did not have the customers best interest in mind. She rather throw away boxes then help customers and leave one girl on the register at peak hours. Also cashiers need to be trained on all aspects of the job and know how to do cash value and annuity options.

QuickTrip also has very good donuts, better than most places. My only issue with this one is that is it on the corner (just across from a Racetrac). Getting in is fine, but leaving is the problem. If you are trying to get back on Eldorado, it's a pain. The best way is to get on to the cross street and then do a U-turn. It's not the end of the world, but it's just tricky to get out of if you are in a hurry.
