"iF yOu DoNt LiKe It Go SoMeWhErE eLsE" This place has gone downhill since summer and honestly, between the worst customer service we ever had and the lack of either the place being clean or even being stocked on basic food, we are over it. The shelves are half stocked, making simple things like a pizza or even checking out becomes a hassle. We have been trying to come here for convenience but honestly, as the girl said tonight "if you don't like it find somewhere else". We have, and we will use QuickTrip. Never have we seen such a quick and downhill decline. They have people smoking meth in the bathrooms and shooting heroin out back against the wall. There are used needles on the ground. They have the floor covered in packages that they haven't unboxed and have pallets just blocking main entrances as fire hazards. One of the grossest and nastiest stores I been to in north Texas. The soda fountains either are covered in soda syrup or they don't work at all. Then if we do ask them to look for something they didn't manage to stock they get mad at us like we are the problem for trying to spend our money at their location. Most of the times it's basics like cups and lids. Most of the coffee cups are never stocked, from small to large. We are lucky if creamer is out, and if anyone asks they are treated like an idiot. The way people snap on customers and the fact the store is in business still is crazy to me. Then the icing on the cake, the white girl covered in tattoos with brown hair has had a worse and worse attitude every single time we come in as a family. We drew the line today when she was rude to us and called a customer racist while screaming at him and threatening him with the cops. It was unprofessional to say the least and we say her get other employees to harass the girl he came in about who left crying. The fact all of this is going on is completely insane. I feel like this location even if it did clean up everything has been so tarnished by its reputation. And the fact that all of the good employees are gone shows you that the employees run the store not the managers. If I could rate this lower than one star I would. I won't bring my kids back here again. I have lost faith in Racetrac as a brand but not in God. I really do hope people review this before they work there. We have been Racetrac customers as a family ever since we moved into our house off Buckland since it's always been a short walk until the heat hit. Now after all of this we are sad to leave but realize QuickTrip is only a short car ride and they keep the stores in nice conditions than drug addicts in the bathroom. read more

Their icy machines is never working! Been in 4 times in 3 months and none are on!!! Always out of computer paper at gas pumps! Make me go in

8/27/23 if we could go lower we would. Nothing is stocked, staff has some of the rudest attitudes, the pizzas that they made us were touched with bare hands, they argued over who would cook them. The girl at the counter Maddie has been so rude to people about the basic things like asking for an extra lid that wasn't out. The roller grill has only burnt or clearly past due items on it. They have the side door blocked with packages as a fire hazard. Bathrooms has actual poop on the toilet rim and a poo in the urinal when my son went to pee. Completely mortified by the lack of how sanitary it was. Eating here is risking an illness, the value is so low on customer experience that its clear the staff doesn't care about their job and its really sad to see. We won't be coming back. I suggest others don't as well. After reading a few reviews it seems a few people have noticed. The store went from some of the best staff to the worst in a very short amount of time after Darren left. We are still in shock to see something go downhill so quickly. read more

I stop at this Racetrac a lot because it's on the way to a lot of places from my house. It's always clean and the people who work here are very nice. I really like the donuts they have here, makes a great snack in the mornings. They have plenty of gas pumps and enough parking. It's just off of the tollway, so it's very convenient. It's a typical Racetrac, but I like stopping here. read more

This gas station is super clean! I came in here to use the restroom and it was extremely clean, which made me thoroughly suprised. I bought a coffee and the cashier Clayton was very nice and friendly. After finishing my transaction, he wished me a good night. As I was leaving, another employee was outside emptying the trash receptacle and also wished me a good night. I haven't experienced this type of friendliness in awhile, especially in a gas station! It's a convenience store...within walking distance from where I am staying. It was morning. They had coffee..otherwise known as COFFFFEEEEE!!! Service was fast. Great value...good tasting...woke me up. I'm thinking all of that equals SUCCESS! read more

This particular store probably has been open for a little bit over a year. It does a very strong business. The access and egress into the store is excellent. One thing is that it is new. They keep the store and the restrooms clean. There are no dumpsters that smell. Since it has opened, I have been coming here for gasoline, energy drinks, newspaper, and coffee. The help behind the counter is great. Chris who is the manager is always in a good mood. Sammy is another person that is always fun to kid with. You can not beat the Slurpees and they also have some deal going on with soda. The sandwiches are fresh and swapped out. The inventory is turning. I think it has pretty much destroyed the competition within the 1-2 mile radius which kind of stunk anyway. I know that I certainly both with the stores on the Eldorado/Lake Forest intersection or the 7-11 store that is about 1/4 mile away anymore. read more

This is a very good gas station. There are lots of pumps and the store is clean and well stocked. As per usual, the staff is friendly and helpful. I like the fact that there are ample spaces between the gas pumps making it easy to get in and out. read more
