I love Corner Pizza! It has become our favorite go to spot to grab a slice or a whole pie paired with a solid option of beer and wine and even a seltzer or two. The location is on a quaint corner, bar and table options for seating and an open patio for nice days. Our last purchase was the margherita pie and the ingredients were so fresh. It was baked to perfection in the pizza oven. The delivery guy was dropping off more good for behind the scenes while we were there. For my beverage on this trip, I selected the new Cherry Cola Seltzer by our local Karl Strauss brewery. This is their first entry into the alcoholic seltzer market and it may be the best I have ever had! It was a perfect match for the meal. If you are seeking oysters and champagne, this is a laid back place. Elegant and chill at the same time. I would go for the whole pie as they have a selection that is more interesting than most gourmet style pizza places. Yelp, thanks. Worth visiting! First time here with a few friends on a wednesday afternoon, street parking only so beware. Anyway, we like how open and airy it was, they have patio seating area. You order at the counter, give you a number and they bring the food out to your table. We had casear salad, the t rex and the killer bee. All of it was delicious, they hot honey oil was perfect to drizzle on top of the pizza. Staff are friendly, they are quick to pick up any dirty dishes. Also they have a sign, THEY DO NOT HAVE RANCH anyway, highly recommend. Worth checking out

Service was quick - you order at the counter and grab a seat. I liked that we didn't have to wait too long for the pizza and it was casual seating. The wine was really good. I only tried one (I forget what it was!) but they had a nice variety of wines to choose from that all sounded good. The pizza flavors are unique but nothing particularly crazy. We had the Killer Bee and mushroom queen. They were both good but not spectacular. I liked the touch of lemon in the mushroom queen a lot and I think the balance of the flavors was good. The killer bee was good as well but it had a bit of a soggy crust. Overall I would go again and I would like to try more of their wines.

I don't know why I keep coming back here. The pizza is horrible. I wish it was shut down and something else would go in its place. This is my opinion. I ordered extra crispy and basically just means that it's burned. I got the sausage fest. I think of a sausage fest as sausage everywhere and every bite has sausage in it. However this was way worse than a little Caesars pizza in fact Little Caesars going in this place instead would be a huge upgrade in my opinion. Don't go to artifacts and order a pizza and expect to get something that you're going to be able to eat. It's not worth it. If you're going to artifacts get yourself a burger from Tanners or a taco from the other place instead. This is my opinion. I mean honestly it's a piece of bread with a little bit of cheese and you might get lucky and find yourself a sausage now and then. They should call it where's the sausage pizza

Killer Bee pizza with extra hot honey. What could be better?

Of the three Corner Pizzas, Carlsbad, Encinitas and Oceanside, I like Oceanside the best. It has huge windows and is filled with light. The seating is the most comfortable, too. And most importantly, their pizza is the best. Part of it is the dough but the toppings are so flavorful. They now serve the pizza, not only with crushed pepper and grated cheese, but the also bring a squeeze bottle of hot honey. Oh, heavenly!

Another dinner here did not disappoint! Although the prices do take a bit to get used to, fortunately the pizzas do not skimp on size and they taste so good that I can't really complain. This time we ordered the arugula pizza (I don't currently see it on the menu but it was overflowing with arugula in the best way) and the T-Rex. Our friends ordered the margarita burrata. All were delicious and I loved having plenty for leftovers. Looks like they currently have a lemon pesto pizza on the menu which sounds intriguing!

Been wanting to try this place for a while. On a Thursday night they were offering a special where they would donate 30% of their proceeds to a family of a boy (Quincy) who was sick with leukemia, so we came out to participate. Came just before sunset and It was packed! We ordered a half-n-half pizza, with pepperoni on one side and the "sausage fest" on the other (great name, lol). Also got a Hazy IPA and a canned seltzer. Pizza came out super fast, and it was fantastic. I mean, one of the best we've had in Oceanside (next best is Mangia e Bevi). Beer was good too! They have plenty of seating. Parking is challenging. We parked in the Tanners Prime parking lot, but street parking was a bust. They seriously need a parking garage or something.

Corner pizza is simply no frills thin crust pizza. It's a friendly casual place with lots of seating. The pizza crust is a little crispy/charred and the cheese is maybe a little sparse but good. You can add your favorite or some unique toppings like carnitas. The salads are nothing to rave about but some of the sides are interesting like fresh burrata or meatballs. The drink menu including a selection of craft beer is good and for even more you can order your pizza to be delivered next door to Artifex brewing. All and all a good meal

We come to corner pizza fairly regularly. It's one of my favorite pizza places in Oceanside. We have brought our pup to the back patio and also eaten inside the main area. The place is not huge, but has a very clean, open vibe. You order at the counter, get your number and go find a table. They will then bring you your food when it is ready. We typically get the pepperoni pizza. And a couple glasses of wine. Good to share for two. The Ceasar salad is a really good size although my BF wanted the dressing to be more flavorful and plentiful. We need to come for the Wednesday special for pizza and wine one evening and they even have oysters.

Dear Yelp Community, First time visiting, and I enjoyed it. Great ambiance with white color and long countertop. I tried the special of discounted slices before 3:30 p.m., and I am satisfied with what I received for the price. Also, a nice wine selection (another special to receive a whole pizza for $1 if buying two bottles of wine). Service was very friendly. Worth visiting to combine pizza and wine together, in a classy, yet still casual, environment. Sincerely, Anna

Oh my gosh, what a fun night! I went here with my girlfriends on a Thursday (hello half-off wine bottles ) and it did not disappoint. The lemon pesto pizza stole the show, so fresh, bright, and the prosciutto was such a dreamy little surprise. The Caesar salad hit the spot, and yes... I totally dipped my pizza in the Caesar dressing because ranch wasn't an option, and honestly? No regrets. The hot honey pepperoni was good too, but the lemon pesto was the star. Cozy, casual vibes and just a really good time.

Tried this place on a recommendation, and failed to do my research. The pizza was paper thin I understand that this place is known for thin crust, but this was kind of ridiculous about how thin the pizza was. It felt like there was no substance to it. Adding on the fact that this was a $30 pizza definitely did not reflect the quality or value that I paid for. I did it as a to go order. The staff were in the back for a while just chatting before my order came out. It did seem pretty popular. I guess this place just isn't for me. The one plus side was the hot honey that they offered, it wasn't hot at all but the sweetness of the honey did help the lacking of flavor in the pizza itself.

It's hard to take the whole family anywhere and have unanimous agreement that the food was awesome. This was the case, however, at Corner Pizza. We tried the meatballs (10/10), Caesar salad (8/10), and the oysters (honestly the only thing we didn't love 6/10). For pizzas, we got simple stuff: cheese, pepperoni, and the sausage fennel. All were excellent! Loved the crunchy crust.

Staff is nice, food is tasty. My salad was very crisp and fresh. The white wine selection by the glass was challenging.

The ambiance was incredibly warm, beachy, and romantic- perfect for a date night or girl's night. A truly beautiful space with an equally impressive menu! The entire night was filled with good bites only! To break it down: Seasonal Spritz: This was a sparkling wine with ginger, white peach, and citrus. So bright and refreshing! Honestly, my ideal spritz. Crudo: Highly recommend this starter! It featured thick cuts of yellowtail, watermelon, cucumber, ginger, thai chili, and thai basil. Really clean and fresh. I was surprised by the amount of fish we got! Local Catch: Another winner. This was roasted yellowtail with summer bean, tomato ragout, and Jimmy Nardello peppers. Absolutely no notes! Rigatoni: Our standout dish of the night! It featured summer squash, saffron butter squash blossoms, blistered tomatoes, and parmesan. I'm not usually a fan of cream based pastas, but this one blew me away. The veggies really brightened things up and I felt like I could eat plates and plates of this. If you get one thing, please let it be this! Since we mentioned in the res that we were celebrating, they brought out complementary champagne at the start of the meal. Loved that they treated us to cheeky little drinks- we're not the biggest fan of sweets!

The restaurant has a nice mix of indoor and outdoor seating. The bar has a super chill vibe. The bar tender and wait staff is super friendly. They are all very knowledgeable about the wide selection of wines. The bar specializes in natural wines. With a huge variety of reds and whites. On top of that there is a small but varied and delicious menu of foods that goes from small snacks to more substantial pastas and fish. We tried the crisp, the rigatoni and the local catch. The crudo was light and fresh and the passion fruit oil was amazing and unique. The rigatoni was buttery and flavorful but surprisingly light. The local catch is light but substantial enough to complete the meal. The tomato sauce was delicate and sweet. Use the bread and butter to soak up the sauces or enjoy it on its own. Overall, the little victory wine bar is worth a stop!

Paon is truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Carlsbad Boulevard. The entrance leads to a nicely appointed outdoor patio with plenty of tables and heating lamps for those chilly evenings. Our waitress was very attentive, knowledge of the menu, and provided great insight on the wine list which helped us in making the right selection to accompany our meal. For our dinner we ordered the French onion soup and organic beet salad for starters. Both were very delicious. For dinner, we ordered the pan roasted King Salmon and the braised Beef shortribs. We both very pleased with our choices and enjoyed every bite of it. To close the experience we ordered the Creme Brulee and shared some complimentary Pistachio ice cream. Then I went to their 1 year anniversary celebration, I ordered the rosè wine slushie...it came out looking like a sad drink with a shriveled up strawberry. We were seated in a small room off the main dining area, and we were the only ones in the room.
