Like a different Yelper stated, it is a perfectly sized grocery store. I liked their setup. It's like a cross between a large Savealot and a small Tops. The staff were nice and friendly. They had enough cashiers open. They weren't too busy and we were able to get in and out in a quick manner. If I'm back in Olean, I'll definitely stop here again, for whatever I might need. In store sub line still sucks and it's still slow, but if you pre-order on the app for pickup it's great 80% of the time now. They did cut the meat portions by like 50% in the last 2 1/2 years,forget things like the extra oil on the side, cut it wrong, forget toppings, skimp on toppings... here and there, but it's better than it was. They are also know for being the home of the 2-foot sub! In my opinion the BLT, Meatball Blitz (meatball, pepperoni, peppers), Country Club (turkey, ham, roast beef) and Italian subs are the best tasting, but there are plenty more to choose from. They make the subs to order and ask exactly what you would like on them. If I had one vice, it would be that they would be better off squirting the mayo on the sandwich rather that spreading it on the bun. The meat and cheese tend to slip off the sub often.
