Simply put, this place was incredible. There was no one element that gave it this status, but instead, the combination of delicious food, stellar service, and its comforting and simplistic feel. The burger was warm and rich, the fries were crispy and filling, and the staff was welcoming and personable. An elderly customer was diggin through the garbage left of the entrance, inside when we walked in. The toppings bar for snacks is in need of a health department inspection. The mustard was nearly as thin as water. The employees were in complete disarray. The captain of that ship was not running the show all that well. I would be more understanding if they were understaffed. They had 3-4 employees and could not get things done and the line continued to grow. The coffees were cold, some were completely empty. They also have pretzels available, impressive for what is in essence a kiosk Subway. If you're getting ready to shop and don't want to shop hungry, stop in here for a sandwich first!
