I had a chance to talk with the owner, and he's completely dialed in and clearly knows his product. The shop itself is great and offers more than just meat--utensils, barbecue supplies, vacuum sealers, and even video games, which is a fun touch. You can hang out, grab a beer, and relax on the front porch. I'm especially a fan of chorizo sausage, and I cooked some up today--it was fantastic. I'll definitely be going back.
