In the back they had a fresh meat counter - over 40 varieties of homemade sausages, various cuts of raw meat, take and bake stuffed mushroom caps, chicken breasts, and stuffed peppers. The list goes one! Along another wall, they had a refrigerator/freezer section with another delectable selection of homemade products - smoked cheeses, beef sticks, ring bolognas, dips, and frozen sausages/meats. We left the first time with cheese curds and a leek log. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor that the log had. Amped up ring bologna with pieces of cheese and leeks all throughout. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the cheese curds - creamy yet with a hint of chive mixed in. When we stopped in again on our way home, we picked up some more items - vodka sauce, fresh sausages to grill that evening (hot leek, greek, and kick ass), jalapeno and cheese beef sticks, and some frozen sausages for later (pepperoni, the hottest one, and another that I can't remember). Let me tell you - the fresh ones we had that night were amazing! The greek was by far my favorite (also their best seller) but the other two did not disappoint. On the day that we visited, Falconer Meats was hosting an event called "MEAT US IN THE COUNTRY". Vendors were selling handcrafted items and farm stand produce. There was a BBQ food truck as well as an ice cream food truck. A winery was offering samples! It was an absolute delight to meet the nice folks from llama Adventures at Buffalo Creek, displaying their animals, as well as some of their handcrafted llama fur items. Cost of the items: A Danish ($3.50), a Guava Pastry($3.50), Pistachio Latte ($7), and a Mocha Coffee ($5.50). Unlike most places, we had the option of having our drinks in either a glass cup or a to-go cup. The glass cup was nice, though I'd consider a to-go cup in the future if you want to sip and enjoy your drink while walking around town, or around Letchworth, or the Dam.
