Used to be a fish restaurant and when we went for brunch we discovered it was closed and now a Corner Cafe. So we decided to give it a try since we'd already come this far. The inside was completely remodeled and very open and country chic looking. The food did not disappoint, we had the carrot cake biscuits with pineapple butter and they were delicious and unique. I personal do not like raisins which there were a ton so it took me a bit to pick them all out. We also had the breakfast banana split which was a fancy yogurt bowl with granola and fruit. We tried the Corner Café today in Pilot Point for lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly. My wife had the BLT with pesto. It was generously sized and very tasty. I had the Denver omelette with fruit and a carrot cake biscuit with pineapple butter. The omelette was filled with nice chunks of ham and green peppers and lots of cheese. And the carrot cake biscuit was an unexpected treat. We certainly plan to return here. read more

Came across this diner on a Sunday around brunch. It reminds you of home and a place whether everyone knows everybody. We had a very nice experience. I stopped here for lunch between work visits. I had no idea what to expect but it was surprising how quaint and small this restaurant really is. I ordered a tuna curry pita sandwich. It wasn't great, they don't have this item flavored well, but the place was packed and others were eating things I wish I had tried. I will try something else next time but will be back. read more
