The Corner Cafe is a delightful restaurant that serves home cooked hand made delicious food. The staff were pleasant and complimented ALL items on the menu, so we took a while to decide what we wanted...in the end the atmosphere was warm and the place was clean and friendly. Next time we go we are starting with the homemade pie!!

We happened to stop in here while we're were traveling from Sherman. We ran into an old neighbor who was working there. Shirley is the sweetest woman you'll ever meet. We enjoyed our meal and the small town feel of the restaurant. I wouldn't order the fried green tomatoes again but everything else was great. They have huge portions as well. If we lived closer we would stop in again.

We were staying at Lake Ray Roberts in Motorhome & didn't want to cook. Looked for a small town Mama/Papa country cafe, this was definitely it! As the pictures show the quality of the food was wonderful. Everything tasted great & served hot. Wife said her sweet potato fries were outstanding. They also have REAL Texas sweet tea. I always go for sweet tea went I visit TX. Prices were reasonable for amount received. Building was clean. Seating was spacious. Our server "Shirley D" was friendly, knowledgeable of the products available, & a good source on local information. All of the staff looked happy to be there. Parking lot was large with a couple trucks/boat trailers. Definitely a local hot spot.

This little spot was delish! Several other restaurants in town were closed on Wednesday for some reason, and glad they were! Enjoyed the breakfast skillet. The place was clean, and waitresses were friendly. Stop here when passing thru for sure!

Oh my goodness, the very first church dinner that felt like fine dining! Amazing job. It was beyond delicious and abundant. Thanks to the Murray's and their crew for all the hard work. You made it look effortless. Class act. DELICIOUS! I highly recommend their catering and cafe.

Excellent food and menu variety. First time here and I hope to be back next time I'm through Pilot Point. The Philly omelette was an excellent choice. Just needed the hot sauce and salsa I asked for after and all was delicious. I like heat. The meat was very tender and no bad pieces, which is so hard to find.

We've been meaning to take a drive up to Pilot Point to try "Mom's" other place for quite some time. Finally made it up there yesterday to visit the cozy Corner Cafe and were NOT disappointed. After a warm greeting when we entered, we picked our spot and were greeted by Shirley - who was a bundle of joy. Sweet lady. She got our coffee quickly and took our orders after answering a couple of questions. The order arrived quickly and we were impressed with what we saw. My Meat Lovers omelette was spot-on and the hash browns were cooked perfectly with onions, green peppers, and mushrooms as-requested. Rye toast helped keep things under control. My wife's "Red White and Blue French Toast" was a work of art and featured thick french toast filled with strawberry cream cheese, berries, and whipped cream. She was sold at "cream cheese" and it did not disappoint her. In fact, she finished the whole thing - which is quite unusual for her. We give "Mom's" Corner Cafe a STRONG recommendation for a great breakfast and will be back to sample other things on the menu.

Friendly staff. Was immediately greeted upon entering. It's a seat yourself kind of place; small space. It was clean and had an open feel. Food is good. Portion size is good for the price. They don't use cheap bread for their sandwiches (which helps make a good sandwich). Burgers are great. Coffee is good.

Fun place to stop for breakfast or lunch. Amanda was our server and was great! Hubby had French Toast with eggs and bacon and gave it 10 stars (except for the avocado under one slice-must've been from my sandwich). My sandwich (Pilot Club) was...OK. Way too much cheese, my chicken was a bit tough and my avocado was almost crunchy. I still give the place four stars as we have been here before and had awesome burgers and other food. Give 'em a try if you are in the area.

We had a really good breakfast here and would come back. Shirley provided great service and was super friendly. I gave it 4 stars vs 5 because they don't have a non pork option for a breakfast meat and they will not swap the meat out for hash browns at all, and they have $1.50 up charge if they swap it out for a beef patty. It would be great if they could get a standard non pork option for breakfast.

We love this place. Great food and service to boot. Chicken fried steak is the best I've had.

I'm going again tonight to try the fried shrimp. Hopefully it will be USA Gulf shrimp, not the chinese, farm raised shrimp which has NO flavor compared to true Gulf shrimp. Stay tuned. BTW, the service was great.

Our first visit to Bebo's in Pilot Point felt less like lunch and more like a dirty scavenger hunt…read more The restaurant is packed with memorabilia, dollar bills taped everywhere, Elvis collectibles, old telephones, vintage car photos, a Christmas tree, and enough random décor to keep your eyes busy while waiting for your food. What may be intended as vintage charm felt more like an episode of flea market finds covered in years of dust. The menus. Everyone at our table received a different version, complete with conflicting prices, different hours, and spelling errors, including "SHRIP." Maybe they spin a wheel in the back to determine the price you pay? We asked for recommendations, everything is equal was the response. Service was nonexistent after she dropped the food on the table, drink refills were missed, and she asked twice if we wanted onions on the dish or on the side, we replied on the dish but they arrived on the side. The food tasted like bagged, frozen foods introduced to fryer oil that had already lived a full life. If you're looking for greasy, fried comfort food, you may enjoy it. If you're looking for fresh ingredients and quality home cooking, you may want to choose any other restaurant. The most memorable part of the experience came at checkout. The payment screen offered a 20%, 25%, or 30% tips option, with 25% already pre selected which could not be changed by the customer. The custom tip option was reportedly broken, as was the no tip option. When I explained I couldn't change it, she asked, "What do you want to change it to, no tip?" Nothing says hospitality quite like turning gratuity into a hostage negotiation. ‍ Finally, I visited the ladies' room before leaving. It is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, sticky grease laden doors, sticky soap dispenser, and no toilet paper in my stall, thank goodness I brought a friend that could bring TP from her stall. Between the confusing menus, inattentive service, lack of cleanliness, forgettable food, and the expectation of a 25% tip for pathetic service, even McDonald's is a better choice.
