We called the owner, Sead, yesterday morning, desperate to resolve the AC breaker issue and not wanting to spend another night sleeping lightly and getting up in the middle of the night to reset the tripped AC breaker, and he made an appointment for us as soon as we got off of work yesterday. (He was actually sitting at my house waiting for me as I drove up last night!) As usual he was a true gentleman and extremely friendly as I demonstrated our current issue, which as it turned out is a recurrence of a similar breaker issue we had three years ago and Sead was able to recall it perfectly and even remembered that when he came out to fix the issue three years ago that I was in the hospital on mandatory bed rest. (He even remembered that, like him, we are fans of the German rock band Rammstein!) I was extremely impressed with his memory recall and touched at his exclamations of delight when meeting my toddler that I was on bed rest with three years ago. Like I said, he's super nice! Anyway, on the business end of things Sead is a straight shooter, he will tell you *exactly* what you need (and no more) and what it'll cost to get it done. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and super friendly electrician!

TERRIBLE!!! Sead came out, promised to add LED lights, add new switches and to install 3 new…read moreoutlets. Sead came and did not have all the parts needed so I had to go and get what he forgot to get, I had work to do but had to play errand boy for him most of the day. The lights went in "ok", some were missing the guts after he left so we had to beg him to come back to fix things. The switches were installed as well even though he made the holes too large for the beauty plate. Sead also made 8+ holes in our walls to try and get the wires down the wall, we were not expecting this nor were we told about this and when I asked who was going to pay for it he said "not me". Lots of pictures to show the damage he caused. Sead also failed to install an outside receptacle as we hired him to do and when we ask him about it a day or two later he get mad and said we never had an agreement to do that, we did, and that he would charge us $75 to do it! Sead installed the other two outlets but just left the wires in the box and not wired into anything! We have photos of that too. He said we only hired him to do a "rough in" what kind of non sense is that?! I hired an electrician, a professional, to do a complete job not half done. We have now filed a BBB complaint as well as a open complaint to the registrar of contractors and will go after his license to make sure he doesn't screw anyone else over.

It got completely inappropriate as he was leaving he forgot a tool in my kitchen, I reminded him to take and he said "I was trying to leave it here as an excuse to come back" this was extremely unprofessional, NOT welcomed or acceptable! I then went about my day until I actually looked at the "new receptacle" IT is NOT new! When he replaced my receptacle all he did was go to his vehicle and retrieve a receptacle it was NOT in any packaging or a box because the only thing tossed out was my old receptacle. This discovery (a used part put in as new) was extremely alarming because I don't know how long it will last, etc. I forgot to mention: This guy also when asked how payment was accepted I asked do you accept Venmo, Check, card and I stopped because I was like who expects cash and he said I don't have the capability for those... Red flags! When I called a friend at finding an old part installed as new, My friend advised me to request an itemized invoice and 3 days later this man sent me not an Itemized invoice but an invoice with a total on the bottom of $300. My friend reached out to this guy for a quote in secret and this man quoted for 2 receptacle replacements $300 so why am I getting charged that price for one? and he still won't send me an itemized invoice.
