He was very hesitant to serve me, looks me up and down... He made me pay before even receiving my drink. I asked for a Jameson neat.... He serves it to me in a shot glass. If you are a bartender that's something you should be knowledgeable about. This place is not welcoming at all.. and definitely wouldn't recommend l, consider or even try to come back. Especially when the bartender has hygiene issues. Also he tells everyone that comes in that he can make them whatever they like; which is not possible at all due to limited experience in bartending and limited supplies. In my past, I have experience in bartending/service industry. As I know what they go through with people I'm a really great tipper. But for something like this, just broke my heart. It's really not welcoming and such disappointment in today's society when it's your first time in Toronto.

They ask that you arrive 30mins early but if you complete your waiver online you can get there around 5-10mins ahead. But come early if you're keen on having a few pints at Blue Moon with the discounted rate before your Pedal and chat with your new crew. You won't be going back to your starting point but you'll end up a bar where you can take your time and enjoy good company. This was a great way to meet new people and check out bars I'd normally wouldn't step into unless I happened to be in the area Googling. I highly recommend this for any occasion!
