Came here with a colleague and had a great experience. Got the coconut shrimp & as all the reviews say - this is a must!!! Crispy shrimp with a creamy korma sauce - ugh so good. Mango lassi was ok nothing crazy. Colleague got chicken tikka w/ garlic naan & was a huge fan. I got the vindaloo shrimp with coriander bullet naan. The vindaloo is SPICY!!! I've noticed this place has mixed reviews but I'm happy to live so close to good Indian food. I've only dined in once, usually I pick it up and eat at home in my stretchy pants. You have to try a bit of everything! The service was great when I went with my daughter and they are so friendly when I stop in to pick up my order. I'm happy to give them my business every time. Start with the samosas! They are delicious and good sized. And the veggie pakora, a little greasy but the flavors are great. We also enjoy the chili chicken. So full of flavor and the thigh meat is moist and tasty. My daughter's go to is the paneer butter masala. The sauce is so good! I love the vegetable korma and vegetable jalfrezi. Honestly we haven't been disappointed with anything we've tried. Although, the garlic cheese naan was a little too much with all of the other rich flavors so I'll stick with the garlic naan. I showed it to them. They were sincerely apologize for it, and asked if I want to re-order, get a dessert on the house. I lost my appetite anyhow. They deduct 13$ from my check, we paid the rest but not leave any tip. I wasn't extremely upset or anything, I understand things happen, but the way they fixed the issue could've better. First let's start with the service,, it was excellent. Quickly seated and attended. Waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Ambiance was nice. Now the food. I'm not really sure if it's because we're from California and the Indian food at home is Californiatized lol, but nothing tasted they way it does back home. Actually the samosas were close. The Chicken curry was ok but different. The eggplant was definitely not even close. It tasted and looked like baby food. The cauliflower and potatoes were good, but the garlic naan was the best. Microwaved tandoori chicken. The chicken was dry and overcooked and the bone was 100° hotter than the meat. The only way you get that is if you microwave it. They even give you tongs because they know the bone is so much hotter than the lukewarm mate. Fantastic Indian food, with a few dishes on the menu which I had never seen before in an Indian restaurant. One example is the Tandoori chicken with ginger and mint, delicious! Best Indian Food I have had in a while. Their Chicken Tikka Masala (CTM) tasted so much fresher than other places and softer and the meat was not dry like other places. Unfortunately I'm from the east coast and can't order from Coriander out there. Their sauce is a lot less buttery than other places and I feel they prepare the meals much more healthier. I found my new go to restaurant for Indian food when staying near the airport. The food here is AMAZING! I ordered Tandoori ginger chicken with coriander Naan bread and onion kulcha (just in case the coriander Naan was too spicy). Great flavor combo from the ginger, peppers, and onions mixed in with juicy chicken kabobs. The Naan breads definitely do not disappoint. They are heavy and STUFFED with heavenly goodness! Be warned the coriander Naan is spicy but not to the point of taking away from its great taste. They even threw in Curry sauce - delicious for dipping. Reading all these great reviews stopped here for lunch...as we had a 4hr layover at Denver Intl Airport. It's just 6-7miles from the airport so worked out perfect for us. They had separate lunch menu which was reasonably priced BUT very small portion. We ordered Veg Jalfrezi and Chana Masala...it came with naan and rice. The waitress never asked us about the spice level (which normally they do ask in all indian restaurants). The Veg Jalfrezi was sweet and Chana Masala was tasty but very mild. The ambience is decent, nothing special. Make sure you tell them your spice level...cause if you are an Indian like me who likes medium spicy food and some flavor to it...you will find the curries bland. read more
