I was super excited to try this place out and was not disappointed. I went with my grandmother who has recently lost 70+lbs on weight watchers so she is used to eating healthy. You can just taste the freshness of the vegetables and other ingredients in the salad. I ordered the Southwest chicken salad, but skipped on the dressing which was very sweet and not the usual spice I was looking for with a Southwestern salad. I opted for the Greek yogurt blue cheese and a splash of siracha. I also ordered a bowl of soup planning on bringing it back home for dinner. The broccoli in the broccoli cheddar soup was crunchy and fresh and the cheddar flavor was smooth and creamy. I was also pleasantly surprised to have the manager come up while we were waiting in line and walk us through the menu and answer all of our questions. The service was excellent and you could really tell that the girls preparing the food were very well informed and helpful with the entire process recommending dressings and toppings for my salad. While we were eating another employee came up to ask how everything was and to see if we had any other questions. It was nice to see that they cared and were willing to do anything for us to enhance our Core Life experience. The prices may seem steep, but the portions are large and definitely worth it in freshness and flavor. I will definitely be returning regularly. read more

Got that too. 4. Beverages - Beet lemonade, where have you been all my life? But, if the doesn't tickle your hydrations needs there are numerous other choices, but bottled and fresh. 5. Staff - Friendly and efficient. They do their job well and with a smile. 6. Customization - For the first few times most folks probably order directly from the menu, but they also enable you to customize your meal -- and this is where it gets really fun! Excellent place for a fast, casual lunch! I loved the healthy eats here. The only thing that bothered me was the avocado. None of them really looked good, but i still went with it anyways, even though the one she pulled out was partially brown. The staff was extremely friendly! I would definitely come back here again, but I would advise you order the small bowl. I mistakenly ordered the big bowl, as that is what is standard there, and i couldn't finish half of it. Core Life Eatery is the future of quick-service healthy eating. I have been multiple times since their opening and have been extremely satisfied each time. As others have mentioned it can be a little confusing at first and is why I went with the broccoli cheddar on my first visit. It was delicious, not overly cheesy like one might expect as this soup obviously isn't the healthiest, they make it with culifloer  puree. For me this took away from the expected indulgence of cheddar but saved a lot of calories and was enough for lunch. Other times I have tried the chicken Thai noodle bowl and the chicken Cobb greens bowl. Both were an extraordinary combination of ingredients and flavors in every bite. I don't think this is overly  pricey considering the quality and craftsmanship of each meal. The dine in experience is nice - real plates and cutlery. Take out containers are available if needed. The drinks are a must try as well. I especially enjoyed the apple cider green tea. I'm not sure who thought of this combination but it really clashes. The experience overall is very quick and straight forward. Assembly line like order line which you can customize your meal as you go or sample a dressing if you're unsure. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are creating. I highly recommend trying CLE! read more

At the high rec of a friend, I was so excited to try Core Life! I'm always looking for healthy options because we order out about once a week. The menu selection was great, though, unfortunately, I had the worst food poisoning I've ever had after eating here for dinner a few months ago. I'll spare the details but it was the only thing I had for dinner so was for sure this food. I was up almost all night sick, and better the next day, so was most definitely food poisoning. I tried to contact the store by phone and e-mail, but never heard back. I just had one of the salads so I'm wondering if they didn't wash the vegetables properly (or could've been the chick peas - they tasted a little funny!). Can't say I'm motivated to go back and wish the business would've responded to my attempts to contact. I realize these things unfortunately sometimes happen (especially as new businesses open), but I wish the business responded to my concern. I also notice the business is responding fairly vaguely to a few lower reviews on here, and not offering any concrete things to rectify the concerns. This just reiterates the concerns several have listed. I think this Henrietta location has some training to do. read more

As soon as I walked into CoreLife I knew I was going to love it. Everything was so clean and bright. I ordered the spicy Thai chicken based off a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed! All the ingredients are so fresh and it makes such a difference in the food. I also tried the beet lemonade and it was SO good. I was able to use my student discount for 1/2 off my total which I didn't expect! I'll definitely be back to try out some other meals. read more

While the food is good here, the service generally acceptable; their food supply management is poor. They don't seem to have any idea of what they will sellout of on a daily basis. By 6:30 or 7 o'clock they are running out of dinner items. They don't close until 9:00pm. Three weeks in a row I went there for the Korean pork bowl and they had no pork by 6:30 or 7:00pm at the Henrietta NY location. Poor management! This is my go to place any time lunch or dinner. I love that I am a vegetarian and I love to come here knowing I can always get a filling salad with fresh ingredients and Tofu how many places offer a great protein like that... not many! The bone broths are very good and filling but my favorite is the many drink choices and my favorite is the cranberry ceyanne ! I think my order ended up incorrect though- I was on a lunch break, so I didn't have time to correct it, and, having never eaten here before, I didn't realize it was wrong until it was too late. I ordered the Thai chicken grain bowl, and got rice noodles instead. It tasted alright (barely ANY chicken in it), but certainly wasn't what I was hoping for. I'll probably give them a second chance. The beet lemonade was great though! *edit- I looked into the menu, and I was wrong, it turns out the noodles are usually part of the dish I ordered; however, the above head menu I was reading said "ancient grains" and didn't mention noodles that I saw. This is a better version of a Chipotle-type concept - they offer a wide variety of options for bowls, so in addition to bowls based on rice, they also offer bowls based on noodles and also greens. They offer interesting combos and options for proteins, dressings, and vegetables. This was a great discovery while on a trip, and I just wish there was one close to home! It's been around for a while but I finally checked this place out for the first time! I had the mediterranean salad which was tasty! The staff putting together my meal answered all my questions and were extremely friendly. I will say that 3 falafel pieces would have been nice for the price I'm paying, but their cilantro dressing was so tasty it just really pulled the whole meal together. Yes, a little on the pricer side but the ingredients are all so fresh and they have an extensive menu with tons and tons of vegetarian options which is certainly to my liking. I pulled a few stars because (perhaps on just the day I went), the location was rather dirty. Many of the booths have food left underneath them and on the table - nothing seemed clean. The bathrooms were quite dirty as well and it just made for a little bit of an uncomfortable visit. With that said, I will still be back to try out the rest of their menu and also too they have a ton of different fresh teas and lemonades to try that I didn't check out quite yet! read more

CoreLife is good, but not one of my first choices for lunch or dinner. I've dined here a few times and each visit was just ok. This last visit I wanted the Tuna Fire Poke Rice Bowl exactly the way it came. I had to tell three different employees that (not a huge deal, just a tad annoying when they kept loudly asking me what I wanted when I had already specified a few times that I wanted the bowl exactly the way it came). Also, there was a lady and her husband in front of me that kept asking for things at the register after they had already paid. She was taking her sweet time which made my wait much longer than it should've been, but I understand that some people are difficult(I've worked in fast food). However, the cashier made a few comments like "10 years later" and rolled her eyes after the couple had walked away. I found that pretty rude and a simple "I'm sorry for your wait" would've sufficed. I understand that you're frustrated, but you should never act that way in the presence of customers. Approximately 6 feet away over by the drinks one of the customers was standing there and most likely heard the rude comments about them. Overall the food is 3.5 stars(good but drowning in sauce), but the service was only a 3. I was also sad that they didn't have their cayenne lemonade out when I visited- that stuff is delicious! Pretty much my dream place, except a teeny bit expensive for the portion size. This place is right across the street from the gym I go to, which is so convenient and obviously dangerous because all of my money will go here. You can choose from a list of delicious sounding broth bowls, grain bowls or salads and they all sound amazing so good luck choosing. They each list how many calories are in the dishes and then suggest a dressing that pairs well with the flavor profile. If you decide you want to build your own experimental dish they allow that as well. It is the "subway" or "chipotle" style, go down the line and all of the ingredients are right there in front of you and you may be tempted to add some beets or nuts or some cheese you didn't think of the first time around, just remember when get your total and your jaw slightly drops, you did it to yourself. I went with the spicy chicken grain bowl and it was delightful. It consisted of quinoa, kale, grilled chicken, which was marinated in something good, sliced beets, carrots and I added hummus on top. I couldn't decide which dressing I wanted in addition to the sriracha that it came with so the woman working behind the counter poured out two dressings in side cups and let me try both before she tossed my salad in one of them, what a sweetie! Very much appreciated even though there was a fairly decent line behind me; thanks again! I went with the carrot lime vinaigrette, very different, very tasty. They have a copious amount of fresh juices, which look tempting but even though they are fresh squeezed and freshly made every day, they contain loads of sugar. The cayenne cranberry, SPICY. We also tried the lemongrass juice and it was so refreshing. I highly recommend both. They also had a cold brew coffee, next time. Again, portions weren't huge but the food tasted so fresh. Cannot wait to come back and try some more dishes on the menu. read more

I think the concept of this chain is awesome. The atmosphere is pretty great. But they didn't do well at proving the "healthy eating is tasteless" theory. I've been doing Keto for 6 months now and I was really excited to give Corelife a try but was disappointed when I had to throw it away after a few bites because it was not enjoyable at all. I was over charged and literally threw my money away. The meat (I know grass fed meat) tasted gamey and almost spoiled, it was extremely tough. I think everything I tasted was very under seasoned. Been to CoreLife twice for lunch. First time at Webster, second time here. Have been impressed each time with the right sized portions, healthy food, fresh and clean ingredients that they serve. This place is a solid proof that healthy food can be tasty too. I had the chicken bowls each time - first time was the southwest one and second time was the Thai one. Parking isn't an issue - there is a huge lot in the area. Do try this place and you will start feeling good about yourself, rather than indulge regularly in the junk food that's so easily available all around us. Ambience of their restaurants is also trendy with focus on health related messages around to drive home the point of eating fresh, eating local. When I walked into this restaurant I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Gluten free everything with an emphasis on vegetables! The beautiful wall of fresh greens behind the counter was moving. My heart was so happy I thought it would burst! Delicious, fresh, and healthy. Drink prices are steep if you want to try their juices or teas. Otherwise, fairly priced when it comes to the food. CoreLife was so good!!! My mom and I went for her birthday, and both really enjoyed it. I got the ginger steak with rice noodles, and my mom got the chicken noodle broth bowl. Both were awesome. The ingredients were fresh, cut into great bite-sized pieces, and the dressings were flavorful. The drinks are also awesome. I tried the apple cider green tea and coconut water fruit punch and both were delicious. It's about $12.50 for a meal and drink for each person, which is a great price. I've been here a few times and I'm a huge fan of the ginger steak salad with the miso and sriracha dressing. The quality of food is pretty impressive. My only complaint is the price. I know it's good food and good for you, but they charge around $1.25 for each extra topping that doesn't come on your meal. Seems a bit much. The salad at Core life eatery is always very good. They give you a variety of different salads to choose from. There are premade salads or you could even make your own with the ingredients that are in front of you. They always give you two slices of bread. The soups are not bad, but they are not amazing. It can be very pricey. For two soups and two salads it is upwards of $35. read more
