This was one of the best meals I have ever had. As a highly allergic person, I am so glad that this place exists, because they list every allergy, and have plenty of allergy-friendly meals. They were attendant to me and my family's every need, and they had a wide selection of veggies and protein. Their hibiscus drink was amazing, sweet, but not overly sugary. I had the Children's Power Plate, an absolutely delicious dish with chicken, purple rice, fresh cucumber, and corn. The dish has tangerines, which I, personally do not like. What a wonderful addition to the Cool Springs area! Tried this on a nice fall evening and had the most yummy bowls outside on the patio. We both went Asian themed; I tried the spicy Thai chicken and he got the Korean BBQ pork. Very flavorful! I added a bunch of xtra Thai sauce to give it a kicker since I enjoy spice. I absolutely love that they don't serve soda and instead have a variety of fresh teas and fruit drinks. The hibiscus tea was my fave. Looking forward to coming back and trying more. This used to be my favorite quick & healthy spot and I would've given it 5 stars but today, I was extremely disappointed. Granted, I went in at 4pm which is an off-hour, but that's no excuse for hard, inedible chicken. I got my usual Southwest chicken and purple rice salad which I usually enjoy thoroughly. Today, the chicken was so hard from sitting around for who knows how long, then being refired that I could not chew it. And the green onions had that funny taste they get from being out too long. I normally love green onions but I picked these out because they were spoiling the taste of my entire salad. Is an okay place, the guys that made my salads I think they were in training or something because they gave my kids tacos with a cold tortilla straight from the fridge? Stopped in this morning for an early lunch while in the area around 11. Suggested by my wife. Yelp said opens at 10:45, the door said 10:45, but when I grabbed the door to pull it open - it was still technically locked. The people behind the counter said something but we could not hear them due to the sound system. We assumed it was okay to come on in. A lady came from behind the counter, with plastic gloves on, touched the door and the keys, then went back behind the counter and began putting lettuce and spinach in bowls (without changing gloves). Right away I was a little timid about germs. But, my wife wanted to eat there. She got a steak with ginger bowl and I got a chicken chipotle bowl. We got to the cashier and there was no tray offered. We had to come back and ask for utensils as the marked bins were empty. We had to come back and get cups for our beverages and locate the napkins. The food was good and really nutritious. The bowls were regular size but were only about 2/3 full. It did not look right to me. It filled us up more than I thought it would. There were also a whole bunch of good, healthy juices, etc. along the side wall. I feel certain, after reading all of the previous reviews, that this was just a bad day for the staff. This new dining option in Cool Springs features healthy meals that are customizable for pretty much most diets. I don't have any particular dietary restrictions so that aspect didn't matter to me, but I like that they are healthy, GMO-free, etc. I LOVE steak salads, so that's what I ordered. The Steak, Bacon & Bleu Cheese Green Bowl, to be precise. I ordered it without any changes, except I asked for the dressing on the side, and in addition to the cranberry vinaigrette - which is their suggested dressing - I also got the yogurt bleu cheese. I liked both, but preferred the bleu cheese. The actual salad hit the nail on the head! I loved the grass fed tri tip steak, bacon, cranberries, walnuts, tomatoes, gorgonzola, all on a bed of chopped romaine/mesclun - it was a perfect blend, with perfect proportions. The steak was cooked just right, the gorgonzola cheese chunks were nicely sized, and the cranberries added just a hint of sweetness. For $10 and change, it's a great value too. In addition to the salads, there are a lot of other options such as grain/rice bowls, tacos, and soups. There are a lot of ethnic flavors featured, like Thai, Greek, Korean, Southwestern, Japanese. Killer new spot on Cool Springs. We first went there in Murfreesboro and thought this would be a good thing for Cool Springs. Glad it's here. Menu is bowls, tacos, soups, etc but all very unique combinations, totally fresh, and VERY allergy friendly. My wife has dairy and gluten allergies, and the ability to have soup for her is amazing. It will take several more visits to pick our favorites, but we will be trying several more things over the next week or so. It's part of the regular rotation from now on. read more

This is a great place. I had the steak salad. The only reason I'm leaving off a star is the steak was so tough and dry. I will go back to try other items on the menu to make up my mind about the food. The food is really health conscious and that is a plus with me. They serve Spindrift, which I love! Seemed to be a lot of "no's" for menu items. My salad was tiny!! They told me a serving of tuna was "about 3 oz." online it is supposed to be 3.5 and when I measured it at home it wasn't even 2! Very disappointed in paying for a meal that didn't feel me up luckily we got it to go so I could add more of my food from home to it to make it a satisfying meal. I had the BBQ ranch chicken, she who must be obeyed had the Southwest Grilled Chicken and we shared a sweet potato Buddha bowl. They all were excellent.
