Orig Mac & Cheese (NEW RECIPE - GLUTEN)

Ordered a tri steakhouse bowl to go. It was very good. Service was good. I was a bit disappointed in the size of a side of Mac and cheese. They could have filled it as you pay $4 for it

Don't believe the sign - downloaded the app and never got the $5

Love the healthy food, don't care for a lot of other annoyances. Forks and spoons aren't out for the taking so you have to ask for them. Music is LOUD and the ceilings are high, meaning I can barely hear the staff and have to shout to get my order heard. Lines are long around lunchtime (understandable) but every time I've been there in the last few months, people are CRAMMED together in line with no masks on. Could we maybe get some of those floor stickers? Also, only one employee was wearing a mask today and it was under her nose. I do understand that as I write this there is no mask requirement for restaurants in this county, but if you are preparing food (just like gloves), to me it inspires confidence about food safety. Something I've wondered about for years, and to be fair, not just at this location: Why are they so stingy with that half slice of sandwich bread at the checkout? The weird looks make me feel like I'm taking it out of the employee's personal stash when I ask for it. All of this being said, the salads are fresh if overpriced, the mac and cheese is really good, and the soups I've had are nothing to write home about. I think I need to stick to Doordash for this place as I do enjoy the food, but can't deal with the actual restaurant.

UPDATE 1/23/20 Visited the Brighton location today late afternoon for an early dinner. We both loved our entrees! Entrees are delicious and prepared and plated with care. The only exclusion was that the sliced bread was rock hard and not edible. Other than that small mention our meals were thoroughly enjoyed! Can't wait to return for another fab meal! Bon appetite

I'm not a fan of "fast food" places. But CoreLife is a wonderful alternative to the common grab and run burger and fries. They offer a wonderful selection of bowls with noodles, grains, greens, sides, add-ins etc. - actually the toughest part of dining here is understanding all the options. I've brought people here and they got so baffled... and if there iss a growing line of people behind you, it can be nerve wracking. So maybe study up before your first visit, and maybe select one of their suggested meals vs building your own. Great place.

We dined here for lunch today and each chose something different. It was my daughter's first time, so she was a bit overwhelmed at the selection, but I assured her the staff is always very helpful and she can always customize things to her liking. She enjoyed a thai rice bowl, my son had a super plate with hummus and purple rice and roasted beets and my husband had a Korean pork barbecue. I chose the Mediterranean salad with cucumber/ basil dressing. Everything was delicious and the staff at this location was very friendly and accommodating.

I bought gift cards at this location and came back to use the complimentary coupon afterwards. The four staff on seemed to work well together and were friendly. The pork BBQ rice bowl was ok, a little like a bibimbap bowl, they did make a good over easy egg. The pork was lean but definitely felt heavier than the chicken or tuna options.

We all found something to love here. We started with the pickled things, served in the cutest mismatched china. Everything was delicious, but the carrots were the standout -- so good we joked about drinking the pickling liquid. We also tried the Pink Lemonade and the Strawberry Alarm Clock juices, both incredibly fresh and vibrant. You could taste every ingredient. Since we couldn't decide on just one entrée, we split the Thai Kale Salad and the Buddha Bowl (with added mushrooms and avocado). The Thai Kale Salad was everything you want it to be -- bright, flavorful, and impossible to stop eating. We were sure it would be the star of the meal. Then the Buddha Bowl arrived. The smoky tofu, creamy coconut rice, perfectly dressed kale, and all the veggies worked together beautifully. But the real showstopper was the added mushrooms -- so rich and full of depth that we nearly fought over them. We enjoyed everything out on their patio and left already planning our next visit. A wonderful meal all around.
