I HAVE to leave a review for this restaurant after my experience. The food was good but the customer service really took it over the top. Upon entering, I was greeted by a staff person who walked me to the line, explaining the menu, how to order, etc. This in and of itself is rare because it's an order-and-sit-down place. But then, she later checked on me in the line to make sure I was doing ok. The menu itself isn't large but offers a good selection of salads and other healthy meals. They even had a very healthy kid's menu, which I appreciated having brought my 2 yr old. I try very hard to feed her wholesome foods and kid's menus at restaurants don't tend to be healthy (think chicken fingers and French fries). This dish consisted of chicken, corn, cucumber, mandarin orange slices, and rice. How awesome!! The line moved quickly (though we got there just in time; I'd suggest trying to avoid coming right at noon in order to avoid long lines) and you order your food Chipotle-style, moving down the line and telling them what you do and don't want. One thing though: It was very loud and I was having a hard time keeping my 2 yo in check so sort of wished it could have been more like Panera where you just order and tell them modifications at the beginning. To me, this would have been faster and easier since I just wanted my order the way it came, no changes. I ordered the steak, bacon and blue cheese salad with the suggested cranberry vinaigrette. It was good, the dressing not too sweet and flavorful enough for this Ranch-loving girl. It reminded me of the salads from the new salad bar at Wegman's, though these salads are slightly smaller, but do come with butter and bread. Their drink selection, however, is very unique with all sorts of healthy, flavored teas--many I'd never heard of! Now back to my comment about customer service. During lunch, two people walked by and asked how we were doing. One even offered to take our empty plates away, and I think you're supposed to throw away your own trash. At another point, a man came up, who may have been the manager. He asked how we were and I said: "Fine". His response? "Just fine? What can I do to make it even better?" Wow. I've never been asked that before. That's taking customer service to the Marriott level right there, folks! It's apparent that these guys really care about their customers and their experience. I may not have been bowled over by the food but I'll definitely go back and try to be more adventurous with some other dishes! read more

Stopped in with my daughter as she loves this place. Daughter got soup it was cold, when I asked if they could warm it, was told it's because the noodles were cold it was fine to eat. Bathrooms were dirty, tables dirty and had to ask for silverware and napkins to eat. I'll stick to Greece or Webster locations. I suggest watching closely as they make what you order or check it well before you leave. We ordered online to go and most of the meals were incorrect. Both Chicken & Rice bowls were missing chicken. The food was very fresh with many options. I chose to create my own. They have wonderful salads as well as rice and soup bowls. The restaurant was clean and the customer service was excellent! If you are a health freak or just looking for a really healthy option this is definitely the place for you. I love going here problem on my top ten list especially when summer hits and those heavier foods are just to much. It provides healthy foods for everyone ! It's got food for vegans , vegetarians , meat eater and kid food as well. I love that they have the big tanks on the side with all the drinks to choose from but then also give you the option to have a bottled drink. You can eat in or take it out whichever you prefer. My experience is good . It's a chain so it doesn't really disappoint because you know what your getting yourself into. I loved that I got to see the chef actually grilling the chicken right behind the counter ensuring me that all the food is fresh! read more

I have been going here once or twice a week for the past fews weeks and it was decent ... I always preordered online, walked in, grabbed my food ... was literally in and out in 10 seconds. Then one day I go in ... had pre-ordered at 11 AM for an order to be ready at 11:45 AM. I got there at 11:50 AM ... my order was nowhere in site. There was a line out the door and myself (plus 6 other people where waiting for take out orders). I asked for my food twice and finally received it at 12:20 PM. I didn't even get a sorry for your wait. It was ridiculous ... the kicker was the food ended up making me sick. So in closing ... please do yourself a favor and do not go here. Crappy Service ... I love corelife eatery and go there quite a bit but there were moldy avocados, a guy dumped falafel all over the counter and in with the tofu and other ingredients when trying to put it in the right container.. they didn't put all of the ingredients in my Ahi fire bowl and then argued with me saying the sauces were on there when they weren't.... absolute disaster. Needs new management and the employees need to slow down and pay attention to what they're doing. Excellent portions and flexible/patient staff. I loved how they did a promotion where if you bought a bowl, you got a drink for free. It was a nice surprise as we cashed out. I love the vegetarian options and ability to make changes to the bowls to fit your tastes and dietary concerns. All of the drink options are delicious, too. Don't order takeout from here, period. Tonight I ordered a Spicy Thai Chicken Warm Rice bowl, can't be to hard right? What I received was warm spinach with chicken broth and barely anything else! My family and I order from this location quite often. The past two times we ordered, however, we have had to wait over an hour past our pick up time. We order from this location 2-3 times a week, since we work in the area and it is conveniently close for us. They regularly get orders wrong and leave things out of the order. We have complained numerous times, but there is never any kind of resolution besides "sorry". Rarely is there any kind of fixing the situation. I am not referring to fiscal compensation, they don't even fix the orders. Avoid this place. read more

Online took 45 mins for a simple single salad...it was 15 mins late. Noticed staff walking around with raw meat in there hands and contaminating spatulas and equipment afterwards. Also saw staff drop slip on floor, pick it up and later attach to bag. I do love the food but the staff make mistakes. Additionally, the amount of salad that fits in the take-out containers is much much smaller than the size of the salad bowls served in-house. I had a wonderful tuna poke salad last week, big bowl size, and ate it there. I was very happy with the enormous amount of delicious salad. Then today I ordered online, through the corelife app basically the exact same salad, for quick pick-up. I picked it up, left and went to work. I got to work and opened it and they forgot the tuna, though I was charged $3.95 for it, on top of the salad cost. I called and the staff person said I could return there and get a $3.95 refund--- but I would have to drive all the way back. Grr. And the smaller take-out container wasn't even full! Everyone was so helpful and patient and if they didn't know the answer themselves, they searched for the person that could find the answer.
