It's easy to pass by on State Street, as its interior looks dark from the street, making it difficult to see what they offer. I urge the owners to dress it up a bit with the help of a designer in order take advantage of such a prime location and draw more people inside. I only stopped in because I was having an episode of back pain, was walking very slowly and feeling some desperation about switching chairs. I wouldn't have considered getting such a nice chair if I hadn't experienced this chair first hand. I had been shopping on line for a deal on an 'ergonomic' chair, but this is the real thing. I found this particular chair more comfortable than either Aeron and Herman Miller options.

They're efficient, they figure things out, and they don't make a production out of it. It just gets done, and it gets done right. But the reason I'm writing is something more specific. When my father passed away, I came in to print booklets and posters for the funeral. I was not in a state to manage details or even explain properly what I needed. I left things out, I was scattered, and I honestly don't even remember everything I said. Between the two of them, they picked up on what was missing and just handled it. They made decisions where I couldn't, fixed what I hadn't thought through, and made sure everything came together the way it needed to. It took less than 5 minutes filling up the form, and another few minutes to see which place, mostly Staples, to set up for appointment. I chose the Staples center in Camarillo, CA. Upon arrival at appointment time, the service provider was very patient and friendly. Within five minutes, I was fingerprinted, photographed, paid the fee and done. Excellent! My TSA PreCheck was approved the following day! Total cost was around $76 USD and it would expired in 5 years. I definitely recommend if you are a frequent traveler.

I called this morning (Dec 10th) to confirm it was ready before picking up and they said it's not, they don't know when it will be (maybe this week), and didn't offer a solution. The woman was super dismissive and unhelpful. A simple "I'm so sorry, we got flooded with orders so that timeframe is behind. As soon as it's ready we'll let you know, sorry about the inconvenience" would've gone a long way. Just any empathy/accountability or attempt to make it right, but she truly did not give a shit and said "I can cancel your order" lol I'm just super unimpressed by a business that over promises, under delivers, and then doesn't take accountability when that happens

Every time I have tried to use their copy service though, things have never gone smoothly. Only tried using them for a big job one time, and that was a low quality job and they seemed to have no interest in making it right. After that, I decided to only use them for a couple copies of something here and there now and then. Two days ago I needed to make a double sided copy with two forms of ID, so I figured that would be easy enough... wrong! The person working the counter (Christine) acted as if I was bothering her with that quick simple job. After she gave me the original with all documents on one sheet, I went to the self serve machines to make a few more copies. I unfortunately was unfamiliar with the operation of their new machines and needed to ask a couple quick questions. Well you'd think I had asked her to help me unload furniture from my truck. After she made a couple snide comments and a very unfriendly vibe, she actually argued with me about how simple the machine was to use.... that may be, IF you know the terminology the machine used, but I did not, not yet. I said Thank You twice during her help and again at check out. Not once did she respond even so much as a grunt, just dead silence and the MOST unfriendly personality I have come across at that store, yet. I'm just done with that shop and won't be back for anything, ever. There are other options in town, but that one just happened to be the closest to my house. I'm very happy to drive out of my way though, to receive decent customer service. We all have a bad day now then, but there is no reason it should be that consistently bad.
