They're efficient, they figure things out, and they don't make a production out of it. It just gets done, and it gets done right. But the reason I'm writing is something more specific. When my father passed away, I came in to print booklets and posters for the funeral. I was not in a state to manage details or even explain properly what I needed. I left things out, I was scattered, and I honestly don't even remember everything I said. Between the two of them, they picked up on what was missing and just handled it. They made decisions where I couldn't, fixed what I hadn't thought through, and made sure everything came together the way it needed to.     Went there for the TSA preCheck appointment. The process required a pre registration and submission…read moreof completed form. It took less than 5 minutes filling up the form, and another few minutes to see which place, mostly Staples, to set up for appointment. I chose the Staples center in Camarillo, CA. Upon arrival at appointment time, the service provider was very patient and friendly. Within five minutes, I was fingerprinted, photographed, paid the fee and done. Excellent! My TSA PreCheck was approved the following day! Total cost was around $76 USD and it would expired in 5 years. I definitely recommend if you are a frequent traveler.

Since that time I have purchased several more furniture pieces from Carlos and Laura. They provide the most excellent customer service! Cannot say enough good things about how well they take care of their customers! Once they know what you are looking for they do their best to help you find coordinating pieces as they arrive. But the table has yet to arrive. I was always in communication with Hector, a worker for this company. Later, a representative informed me that Hector was no longer working with the company, so they transferred me to somebody else who only reached out to inform me that Hector was no longer with them. Months passed by, and I wondered what was happening with my order. I took measures into my hands and called the number for customer support. Over this year, I talked to representatives Isaiah, Tamra, then Daniela, and others, who couldn't pinpoint what was happening. One of the representatives told me that my order was lost, and another representative said it had accidentally shipped to somebody else and was probably in the warehouse, but he couldn't find it. This back-and-forth lasted a year, see. I understand that they were doing their job and reading from a computer that had four different case numbers assigned to me over the year. Now it is June 28, 2023. I still have not received this table, nor have I had contact with somebody in a higher position that can read my history from 2021 till now and give me an explanation and a direct answer to if I'm going to get this table or should I cancel this transaction and get my money back by this time I feel it's ridiculous that a" high end quality" company like Mitchell gold +bob Williams does not have the courtesy with their customers I mean we're not just spending $100 their products are expensive therefore we as customers deserve higher quality service especially when a product lasts two years!!! in production keep in mind this is not a customize special maid to order product as I was told from one of the representatives. as a customer I have constantly been calling customer service to see what's happening with my order as I did today and by now it's ridiculous it's outrageous this company only cares about the money. I will never be buying from this place again. It's been two years I have not received anything and I felt that I had to write this honest review of what's happening to me right now.
