Copy Copy has saved my bacon many times. I know I can depend on them for any print services. Today I was in picking up about 270 pages of documents for a life skills program I am working. It was really efficient I emailed all my documents and within thirty minutes it was printed. It included a 175 page PowerPoint, 40 page packet, and a 30 page homework packet. Angela helped me and she was so detailed oriented and took a ton of time helping me organize, showing me how to copy the best way , and she even created title pages for the three packets. She corrected all my mistakes when I asked her to even after she had printed it. She did a wonderful job assembling and binding everything. Without her help this would have taken me hours. I had the worst experience with Julia, she was immediately rude. The moment I came in she asked me rudely what I wanted. As I was telling her what I needed she proceeded to walk away from me as I was speaking to her. She then stopped working on my order and started talking to her boyfriend or who I assumed was her boyfriend for about 5 minutes. Could not have been more rude! I did not know how to use the cutter so after I figured it out by myself and finished the project, I got a very harsh scolding in front of other customers and staff about how I should have cut one sheet at a time (I was only doing two). This business owner will never go back. Embarrassing to be scolded like a child in front of other people especially after spending so much money there. read more

I had to stop here to get a color photo resized, and printed in black and white for a quick mailing. The woman did the computer work for me on their machine and the copy was only 1.38 including her five minutes. I think that is a bargain, my photo shop in Denver would have charged $3 and made me wait an hour. Plus, I left my wallet here and the wallet was locked up in their register when I got back about 35 mins later and they'd called me. Can't beat that. Now I am going to have to stop here forever. read more

Brought 4 items in to send by Fedex - the result (after 40 minutes of tedious waiting) - 3 of them sent with no issue, the 4th vanished with CopyCopy taking no responsibility. Went to the location in Avon today to have business cards created. The woman working was curt when I asked questions about card stock. I requested thick matte business cards. I received very cheap, thin business cards in return. In fact, it is the thinnest business card I have ever held. I will be throwing them away and will print the cards elsewhere. They charge for everything. I came here to ship a FedEx package and they wanted to charge $.13 to print the label. That's understandable. Then they charge $1 for 5 minutes to use their computer to print the label. I said "I have my laptop and a hotspot in the car, why don't I just email you the label?" They said "no problem." I email the label and they print it and they tell me "that will be $1.13." Why? Because it is a dollar to print something emailed to them. They said it's the same whether you use our computer or your own. I gave them their label back and said no thanks. read more

I needed to have more business cards printed while visiting Beaver Creek, CO - on recommendations of the Conference and Hotel, I called and they said the could turn around in 24 hours or less. They turned it around in 5 hours and the price was the same if I had them printed some place else but, would have to wait for days vs 5 hours. The staff was friendly and great. read more

Rude, rude, rude! I stopped by to FedEx a few gifts and was instantly greeted with hostility upon walking in the door. The two women working there were sitting towards the back chatting when one begrudgingly looked up. I asked if she had any boxes for me to ship some stuff and without saying a word, walked right by me to the room where they keep the boxes. She pulled out a letter size box saying those were the only sizes she had. Seeing that this wouldn't work at all, I asked where another FedEx location was, and she replied 'Eagle'. I realized that I wasn't going to get anywhere with this woman's help, so I said thank you, and turned to walk out. Instead of a 'you're welcome', 'no problem', or even a polite head nod, she grunted under her breath and gave me a 'screw you' look. If any manager actually reads this, please tell your employees that kindness goes a long way. read more

If I could rate this no stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely horrible, the place stinks, the people are rude and dressed like slobs. Ive gone in a few times and the first time I thought maybe it was just the girl I was dealing with... turns out it isn't. If I can help it I will not go back. This time, I asked if a lady could help me by looking up a zip code. Her exact words were "yea but I'd have to go over there and get on the internet so...", and she stood there and gave me a look like how dare I ask her anything. I just shook my head and said never mind, looked it up on my phone. While filling out my form, I hear another woman in the back. This store is not very big and there are no walls to block sound. She was on the phone with a customer. I have never heard such a condescending person in my life. She was treating the person on the phone like they were stupid for asking questions about printing invitations. The poor person on the phone Im sure was mortified. The lady was basically yelling into the phone at her, talking suuuuppppeeerrrr sllloooowwwwlllllyyyy, saying everything extremely slow and mean, acting like the person was stupid. When asked questions, the woman would say, for example "well I don't have a calendar right next to me so how am I supposed to know" etc. Rudest girl I have ever seen. The woman taking care of my order took around 10 minutes to do something that takes 2 at all other fedex locations, and there was only me and one other man in the shop, jaw agape from how rude the woman on the phone was being to her customer. At the end I asked her if I could buy boxes the size I had just given her, 8x8x8. She said. "no, we don't sell those". I asked her who did. "Well I don't know, maybe somewhere in eagle" I asked again who maybe sold any boxes around here. "You need to go over to (such and such) store and they sell normal boxes. Her attitude was mean, rude, short and she must have been 40-50 talking like a snotty 18 year old gir to mel. I walked out, not believing how I, and the poor woman on the phone had been treated. This isn't a one time experience either, the other few times were with different people, but this topped it all. ALL of the people I have dealt with there, have the worst customer service attitudes I have ever seen from people working with the public, in my entire life. If you look at yahoo, you will see the reviews are absolutely horrible, it is not just me. I will not be going back if I can help it. Well I can say that this copy store is ok but no the greatest. The prices are sky high but they can get the job done in a hurry, which is their best thing they can do for you. Business cards are very easy to get made in this pace. Placed an order and was it was going to be a week or so, well they got them done a lot faster than they had said which was great. I think the quality was very good and over I was very pleased with the service. The only thing I think that could be better is the price, I check online and it would of been a lot cheaper to go that rout but it would of taken a lot longer and what if I was not happy. Well I think the price is high bu the getting it done right and fast are worth a lot nowadays. read more

Can I please give a ZERO star for this business? While I like supporting local, this company will not get any more of my business...and I'm right here in Avon. As other reviewers have noted, the employees are rude and disrespectful. And their prices are outrageous!! Just because you're in Avon doesn't mean you should take advantage of other local business in need of your services. I was blamed for bringing in a bond print to get mounted, and should have known it was going to come out bubbled and creased. One employee flat out lied and told me the print was dropped off all "wrinkly". In the end, they charged me $54 for a crap product that my 9-year old could have done better with a foam board and spray-mount in my garage. read more
