On 9/3/22, I returned an Amazon package (shoes in their original shoe box). Not only did Arlee pack my item safely and properly without asking, she was also polite and professional. My compliments to Arlee. She clearly knew her job well and was aware of the Amazon/UPS agreement for properly packing an Amazon return at no charge. read more

If I could give this business no stars, I would. They are the most rude and unhelpful people ever. One time I went into the store and 2 employees were there. One of them was flat out sleeping on the chairs. The other employee, 'she is really tired'. They do not answer the phone or return emails. Still trying to track down a package. We were traveling and needed some closing documents printed, notarized and shipped with a pre-paid label. All are services offered at UPS stores. Imagine our pleasure when we found a UPS store about a mile from our hotel. The plan was to wake up and get the chore checked off our list first thing on our way out of town. The internet said they open at 8:30, we arrived at 9:10. Closed. The exterior door was opened, but the gate over the counter area was shut and all the lights were off. Signage at the store confirmed internet time of 8:30 am opening, and nothing indicated a later time for counter services. If an employee had an emergency, I hope they're ok, but this was very disappointing. read more

All employees seem to be otherwise attentive to their own needs rather then the customers. Came in for simple printed items. They didn't give me the correct address when asked if the item was received I was told "hold on give me a second." Employee continues conversation with other employee. During actual transaction employee claimed drawer wouldn't open for cash and had to wait for other employee to check another customer out until able to finish transaction at a leisurely manor. read more

incompetent staff, terrible customer service. Lost packages, sent me to the Post Office to pick up packages sent to my box. Why do I need their service if I have to go to the PO anyway. I don't- rented the box and asked for a pro-rated refund. Staff person said no refunds-even though I have three missing packages. Never told me no refunds. Terrible counter service. read more

I've shipped a ton of items through this particular UPS store and I actually look forward to stopping in. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I've worked with Taylor, Erendira and Lilia on multiple occasions and they're always extremely friendly to me and accommodating. I also routinely see the new driver (whose name escapes me at present) and he's always very positive and upbeat, which is always nice! read more

Dropped my package off (a brand new Mac book pro) and asked for $4K in insurance, tracking says, just label created, go back to store after 3 days, the same Xavier that took the package states the package left yesterday and its in Gypsum, asked to see the screen, wouldn't let me, but he is clearly nervous and oddly singing around as he looks it up. Call the store for his name, he gives me a fake name and hangs up on me. Luckily I noticed his name is on the receipt. Trying to find the "local" owner to resolve this obvious theft since the UPS tracking clearly shows only a label created and now I am not even sure if the kid rang up the insurance. read more

Stay out of this store, and never ever send anything from here!! I paid 200 for a shipment, the tracking number was never active with UPS so there is no way to know what happened to my package. I should have read the reviews before using this store. I just hope the owner reads these reviews or sooner or later he will be out of business!!!! I left a package at the store over a week ago for them to package, and then get back to me with the weight so I could issue a shipping ticket. I have called several items and each time been treated in a very cavalier and rude manner. My item is still not shipped and who knows when it will be. Worst experience ever. The girl that took both my packages on different days told me a date AND TIME. Now today the update is that just now they are being send, from Saturday and Monday that I sent and paid, TODAY! And I strictly said I needed them to arrive today and she assured me they will. Now I go in and she has no answer for me and says that tonight or maybe tomorrow. MAYBE! That she is not sure. But she sure knows how to take people's money. read more

Never ever using UPS again, particularly at the Avon,CO location.  I didn't realized that they charge $10 to deliver a package, Ok fine, I'll pay for the convenience, but no one one told me it was $10 PER DAY!  So $30 to hold a package for 3 days.  A bit ridiculous especially when they told me that they were going to call me when the package arrived, which they never did.  To be charged for something that I was not informed of is poor customer service and bad business.  They just didn't care would have rather just returned if I didn't pay for the fee.  In hindsight, I would have prefer to have taken that option. read more

She kept interrupting me to answer questions I never asked, and tried her best to get me off the phone as quickly as possible rather than actually helping me. Young woman "manager" incredibly surly, slow and rude. Nasty attitude from the beginning. I was the only customer in the store. She did not want to wait on me, did not inquire as to address information, only wanted to get my personal address and contact information. She then quoted double the price of another UPS office. When I asked about the high price, she cited the cost of "labor" in boxing the item and that the cost of the boxes had just doubled. When I inquired about packaging the item myself, she refused to permit me to take even one small piece of tape (had to purchase whole roll and after almost 20 minutes of her disappearances and tangled confusing calculations (again without the sending address information), the price for packaging the item myself was even more expensive!!). She took incredibly long to calculate any price information and seemed completely ignorant although she claimed to have worked in the store for 4 years.. Her sister was there eating a take out meal sitting on the floor. When I left to go elsewhere, she retained the card that went with my package. I returned for it and she claimed she did not have it, but it was on the counter right in front of the register in plain sight. read more

I walked into the UPS Store in Avon to have a one page document printed via the HP ePrint Enterprise service that our company utilizes to print at all UPS Stores. Upon entering the store, I encountered 3 individuals that all appeared to be "working" there at the time; two huddled in the corner around a computer in the lobby and one sitting on the counter with their legs dangling like a little kid. After 20 minutes of fending off repeated excuses as to why they can't print my document, I went to the UPS Store in Edwards and had my document in less than 5 minutes. My suggestion is for any future customer to call first to see if they are able/willing/knowledgeable to help. With this very poor experience, I will not be returning to this location. read more

They have always been good to me, but I witnessed a customer service FAIL the other day. A lady walked in and asked if they could tape up her box. The young man never looked up from helping me, but said, we charge $1.00 per foot. REALLY??? She said she would take her business elsewhere. and she did. The young man couldn't have cared less. read more
