It would just be nice if they actually picked up the trash and recycling that we pay them to pick up. I've had to call them at least 50 times since we moved here because they don't pick it up and then charge us. The best is when their excuse is that the driver "forgot" to pick it up. In the beginning, they told us that "he didn't pick it up because he had the route memorized and you are new." That no excuse. For such an expensive area with expensive services, one would think they would be more professional and give less sad excuses. Please don't make me call you again because you are unable to do your JOB. read more

THIS IS NOT THE SAME VAIL HONEYWAGON from the past!! Every since the company was sold, THE NEW OWNERS AND SERVICE SUCKS. The billing and admin department are clueless. They blame me because they claim my emails are encrypted. Always an excuse. I put service on a vacation hold and then I get emails demanding money. I can never get a response. USE THE LOCAL COMPANY and not the carpetbaggers from out of town. I will miss the OLD RELIABLE VHW - this new group certainly bears no resemblance! read more
