Easily the seediest experience I've had with a business in this town, and that's saying a lot. I…read morehad a phone screen break for a Samsung. I went in expecting I could get it repaired. It took two separate visits just to get into the business for the man to look at it. And when I got in, I was turned away because their internet was out and they couldn't even look at my phone. Another week I finally got into the store. Following this, the man insisted not only that I pay him in full upfront but that I do so with cash for an amount of 240. This store is not equipped to take a card...and dare I say so, by choice. I walked out feeling as though I was robbed while the man ordered the part I needed. I received no service but was charged for it while the repair was held in limbo. It took over a week for the part to even come. When I was able to get in for the service, I was informed that the repair would take over four hours to complete once he got to it. Meaning I would have to leave my device with him overnight. I attempted to re-schedule the service so that I could have the device back within a work day. I have not been able to do so. My phone broke in mid-February, and as of June 13th, I still hold a phone with a broken screen. I feel I am out big for how many hours of frustration this has caused. I just want the money I paid back, and I'm struggling to get it. At face value, 240 could have just about bought me a new phone, and factoring in the time and headache; I could have gotten a new computer as well. I wish I just bought a new phone. TL;DR I'm out 240 and have been trying to figure this out for months. Don't go here, please!

My son brought his laptop in to this shop back in early July. That was over two months ago. The…read moremachine stopped turning on, and we wanted a diagnostic and fix. They said they'd order a new power cable, then if it wasn't that a battery, etc... (this is all stuff I could have done at home) The machine remains in their possession, the've done ZERO work, it's still in the exact same "spot" it was in when we dropped it off back in July. I have had to chase these guys down for response and answers, .... happy to post all the Facebook messages. Now... two months later, I am still chasing them. I told them I didn't appreciate that they are holding my kid's computer hostage. School started August 20th, would love for him to have his machine to use for schoolwork. Long story short, these assholes took $75 deposit to do nothing but sit on my kid's laptop for two months with zero results and took offense to me saying "you're holding my kid's machine hostage." Meanwhile... I'm still stuck with a laptop that won't turn on and a smug dude who responds to my complaints with "take your devices elsewhere, we don't care about your bad reviews." Ok... let's see how these bad reviews faire... maybe I'll actually see my kid's laptop again... which has been HOSTAGE at this establishment for over two months.... next stop, a complaint to the Better Business Bureau...

This is one of the few businesses in the Roaring Fork Valley that understands customer service…read more They do it right. I have taken all my rugs here to be cleaned twice a year, or more when needed. Their sales offer a great discount for those of us with several rugs to clean. Everyone there is professional and friendly and they do whatever they can to help you. It's possible you can get your rugs cleaned for less in GWS, i have no idea. But in my mind, i rather pay for the quality of the work they do here. They get my vote!!!
