We booked a trip to stay in Vail for a week thinking our hotel would have laundry machines. We were SO wrong. Luckily they recommended this gem just about a 5 min drive from Vail Village. The facility is clean, so many machines and dryers available, and the staff is friendly. It's coin only so bring cash and you can get coins from their machine. It's open to the public on weekends and Wednesday starting at 9am. Their drop off rate is something like $2.50/lb with a 15lb min and we just didn't have that much to wash. I'm so grateful this place was here as we needed to do laundry twice during our stay. read more

Avoid this place like the plague. They say they are a laundromat, but they force you to leave your stuff, and then charge an arm and leg. Most machines sitting idle, but the won't let you anywhere near them. ( except 1 day a week) stay away, you will thank me later. read more

This is the cleanest greatest place ever. I love it here so much. The people that work here are incredible and helpful. They even do drop off, so like 3 hours. I'm actually doing laundry myself. I don't know how to do laundry but someone who works here was so helpful!! I got kinda lost. It's behind the Ace Hardware. Did I mention that this place is spotless? I might come back to Vail just for this laundry place. We are staying at The Ritz Carlton in Bachelor Gulch, and they're super expensive for laundry so I just brought my stuff here So thank you! read more

Worst business in Vail, hands down. Weekend attendant was obnoxiously rude and condescending. Arrived an hour and ten minutes before they were scheduled to close to do 1 light load of laundry. Door was locked when I attempted to walk in. There was an attendant inside that came to the door to ask me what I wante as if the bag of laundry in my hands didn't speak my purpose for me. When I explained to the gentleman my reason for attempting entry and stating that I had a small load of laundry, he stated 1 load, 4 loads, don't matter takes the same time. We close at 5. When I inquire about their hours of operation he informs me they are closed. I'm clearly irritated by this, his next statement when I mention their posted hours he again states they are closed and that if I miss to use their facilities that I should get up earlier in the day. This honestly has been the single rudest experience that I have had in my 6 weeks in Vail. I'm disappointed to say the least. - DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. read more

First time I dropped off my clothes they over dried my clothes. Bras, underwear and a dress came back fried! Crispy! Not lying....Still don't like this place....I live upstairs and the condos don't have washer/dryers. Came downstairs on a Thursday because there was a bed accident. My sheets were only 7 lbs. they have a 15 lbs minimum. What?? And it's $2 a lb for same day service. She was asking $46 for 2 sheets to be washed. Guess I'm goin to Walmart to purchase new ones. I wish you guys would give some wiggle room for the condos above you. Example: we can only wash from 9-11am on weekdays or give us some type of flex time on your slowest hours. I mean come on. Thank you!!!! We were in Vail for a week having surgery and I needed to do laundry but was stressed about time. This laundromat offered service as well as laundry machines. They did all our laundry - washed and folded - and VERY reasonable. I got to stay with my daughter who was in the hospital and picked it up when they called. Only reduced by 1 str as it was SO HARD to find ( you have to drive behind the building). You could tell Ace Hardware was tired of being asked for directions. read more

This place is really great and very fairly price level they have wash dry and fold per pound price and you can choose same day or next day pick up . They staff was friendly and I was in and out with 4 mins . I had 22 pounds of clothing and I payed $45. I would use this service again . read more

This guys are amazing we had a bunch of clothes and we arrived last minute before closing, I felt very bad knowing that we were touring the town and we forgot to do laundry in the morning, we arrived late afternoon and they took our load with the biggest smile, did finish it before 5:00pm and call us that our clean laundry was waiting for us, we had a good afternoon enjoying a drink and these guys made our day with our clean laundry. I bring my king size comforters here because I can't wash them in my washer . $30 wash dry & fold. I mean I wouldn't be able to wash them at all so to me it's a good price for vail especially. No other options for laundromats. So really they could charge $50 and hike up the prices like everyone else in vail does even McDonald's does. Fair price great service . Next day service or same day if you're early enough. It is weird they aren't open to public laundry during the weekdays . Only on weekends but whatever it's their business I guess that works out well for them. I'm just grateful they exist . Without them we have nowhere around us to do laundry if a washer broke - or your comforter needs washing etc . Just be kind , people in customer service deal with enough abuse . They don't make the rules . Also get there early like 2 hours before closing time if you're doing your own laundry . They want you out and gone so they can go home too just likenwjy read more

Kind of hard to find, as it's tucked behind the shops along the frontage road. But more importantly, hours advertised very misleading. Store closes at 8pm supposedly, but I showed up at 6:40 and that's too late. Sign in window says "washers close at 7pm". But what they mean is washers must be done & empty by 7pm. Not good at all, especially since no other laundry anywhere near Vail. Don't spend money here. read more

Very convenient and a friendly and accommodating staff. Prices aren't too bad for washers, choices. Dryers .25 for 15 minutes. You can dry as much or as little as you need to. Clean, and they will wash and fold for you if you would like. They charge by the pound. The place is kinda hidden around the back of a building between Ace hardware and city market parking garage.
