Scheduling was a breeze as they worked out the time around my work schedule. The guys doing the carpet cleaning were top notch. Both Sergio and Jonathon were very friendly and professional. In fact, they had patience as I asked a thousand questions about how the system worked and what results I'd get. After several trips to the store and a week of silence, I finally got an email asking for details about the package contents. I responded immediately with descriptions and photos -- that was over a month ago, and I have heard nothing since. At this point, I'm out the cost of shipping, and my package and its contents are missing. The store itself is unorganized and cluttered, and when issues arise, their customer service is nonexistent. They do not follow up, communicate, or take responsibility. Strongly do not recommend.
