    Carrot keftas were delicious !

So I decided to order something healthy since I've been trying to keep fit and have fun body break ! I got a smoothie an energy bowl and the keftas. Now the star of this meal was the keftas ( which happened to be the most unhealthy ) they tasted almost like a falafel and I recommend you try em. I also got the the Aristotle small energy bowl and added the shiitake teriyaki which was great my least favourite part of this was the black olives as they were way to salty. And finally the smoothie I've eaten a lot in my life and I've had quite a few weird smoothies but this took the cake. Dawgs this was like the cinnamon challenge but with tumric. The smell from the straw was strong but the taste was something else I can stilll taste that tumric wayyyy to much for me but if you can do it hats off to you !

I'm not a vegetarian but if I was I would be a regular here. I ordered take out.. The Asian salad was filling as quite flavorful. I would have liked the sauce to have more of a finger kick, it almost tasted the the store bought wafu dressing (not a bad thing). I chose the quinoa but I have several choices. That's what I liked you have options with everything.. I even added shiitake Teriyaki mushrooms which highly recommend. I like that the dressing was in the side. I can actually say i could have only ordered the salad and I'd be full! I did want to try the Bombay soup which was a pea soup with coconut milk. It was simple and not spicy at all. I did enjoy my healthy and vegetarian experience. There are 8 locations in montreal and they defiantly like there labels "franchise" .. everything from the paper takeout bag to the paper food box, paper soup bowl .. oh and let's not forget the paper napkins .. "copper branch .. power food-plant-based"

Love the food. Great location. Normally give 5 stars for Copper Branch but service is the slowest at this branch.

Highly recommend this place if you are vegan and are looking for health Indian meal choices! Everything on our plate was delish! The place slowly started getting crowded for lunch since thali is only offered during lunch! Turmeric milk was the best!!! Would visit again! Montreal's most magical dining experience!…read more If you're looking for a reason to book a trip to Montreal, let me give you one: Tula. My husband and I visited during a recent trip to the city, and without question, it was the best meal we had -- and honestly, one of the most memorable dining experiences of our lives. From the moment you walk through the door, the space wraps you in warmth. The atmosphere is inviting, the decor puts you instantly at ease, and the staff greet you with the kind of genuine kindness that's increasingly rare. But it's Abhi and Renata (apologies if I've misspelled either name!) who truly make this place something extraordinary. These two are the heart and soul of Tula, and their passion for what they do radiates through every single aspect of the experience. We spent a few wonderful hours there, and I mean that -- the time just melted away. Renata sang for the entire restaurant, and her voice was absolutely stunning, a spontaneous and beautiful gift to everyone in the room. Abhi, in the most generous gesture, sat down and hand-wrote a list of vegan restaurant recommendations from around the globe for us to take home. These are people who love what they do and love the people they do it for. And then there's the food. Oh, the food. We started with an Indian taco special that set the tone perfectly, then moved on to the Tofu Achari Masala curry with chapati and the Dal Sambar with steamed rice -- both absolutely spectacular. We finished with a special pistachio cake dessert that was the perfect, dreamy ending to the meal. Every single dish tasted like it was made with genuine love and intention, because it was. This is vegan Indian cuisine at its very finest. I left Tula feeling something I didn't quite expect: greater faith in humanity. That might sound dramatic, but if you go -- and you absolutely must go, as soon as possible -- I think you'll understand exactly what I mean. Don't wait. Just go.

I wouldn't go out of the way for this place, but I'll definitely be reordering. The bad: The naan. I would be shocked if this was never frozen, and would have a heartbreak if someone actually made this from scratch in the restaurant as it comes across as grocery store frozen/microwaved naan... but not as good. The ok: The tandoori chicken, so bright and looking delicious; fell flat on flavor, but for the price I can't say it was bad as it fit the bill. Didn't like that their JustEat menu didn't include a bunch of the things that they deliver based on the pamphlet that came with my order, but I can also understand them trying to limit reorders with JustEat since they pinch a piece of the pie. The good: The lamb curry had a good taste to it, not spicy, but a well balanced kick of flavor. Overall I overpaid for what I got, but only by a little bit and because I'm frugal. Moving forward I know what more to order to get a better bang for my buck. Authentic? Not really. Based on the area I can understand that they might have been forced to Westernize their dishes, but would have been better if it were traditional. When the naan isn't even made on site you're unlikely to get much else thats made with love.

I don't have a gluten allergy, but my travel companion does, and we ended up coming here every morning during our stay in Montréal. The croissants are incredibly buttery (made with margarine, so they're dairy-free too), light, and perfectly flaky. We also tried a few other pastries like the chocolatine and danishes, which were just as delicious. They sell their pastries frozen as well, and I bought half a dozen croissants to bring back home. The family who runs Parc sans Gluten was warm and welcoming each time we visited. This place is a true gem and whether you're gluten-free or not, it's worth a stop.
