    Juices for mimosas

I went to brunch at Copa while visiting Cincinnati for the weekend. Coming from Atlanta I have high expectations for brunch and Copa did not disappoint. The place had good food, good music, and good vibes. I would definitely go back. Brunch was buffet style with bottomless mimosas for $48. We were the first party there so was able to get our food before other people showed up. We ordered about 3 bottles of champagne and 5 juices. Serve was amazing.

I LOOOOOOVE COPA brunch!! I went for the first time a few Sundays ago and literally went back the very next week. It's buffet style, which really cuts down on the wait time (unless it's super crowded). It's bottomless mimosas, and they have so many flavors. Pineapple, mango, orange, blueberry, lots!! As far as the food it is DELICIOUS. The shrimp and grits are THE BEST! They also had really tasty waffles, fried chicken, eggs, potatoes and more. Each week the food is slightly different. Besides the food the inside is so nice! Plenty of space and they take reservations for parties. Just note that they open at noon and by 1 all the tables may be taken. So arriving early is a good idea. Although COPA is fairly new to brunch and is still working out some "kinks" it's a FANTASTIC choice and you can't go wrong.

I don't think I've ever been so shocked about how good a place was in Ohio in a long time. This is truly a huge win for the Cincinnati social scene. I came here for brunch while visiting a friend over the weekend. I had a sweatsuit on & I felt super underdressed as soon as I walked in. The place was filled with individuals wearing their Sunday best for sure including club wear. The music was really good & they have TVs all over the place including the huge screen facing the dance floor as soon as you walk in. It's a buffet style experience & it cost $40 including bottomless mimosas. Now I will say, my waitress wasn't the best because she walked by us many times without asking if we needed anything. You pay for the service ahead of time including the tip which clearly backfired in this case but I've learned my lesson going forward. That was honestly the only negative part about my experience. I loved everything else. The music, the people, the food & the energy in the place. This is a concept you will normally in bigger cities like NYC, DC or Dallas but you wouldn't expect that in OH at all. It felt like a day party which is something I truly appreciated. I will be coming back for sure.

Brunch at COPA is elite! With so many places that do brunch only a few really exceed expectations and deliver great experiences every time. We have been here a few times and each time gets better than the previous. Most recently we visited to celebrate a friends birthday and we all had a great time. I would recommend reserving a table closer to opening time so you can get your food and drinks easier because after 1-1:30 there tends to be a surge in attendance. When it comes to the food the shrimp & grits, mac & cheese, cookie crusted french toast, and Remixx wings are my absolute favorites. The mimosas are a thing of art. The mixologist at the bar (Christina might be her name) makes some great concoctions that I have seen nowhere else but here. The DJs they have really know how to curate the vibes and read the room which is a lost art and goes a long way when it comes to impacting the overall experience. We love coming here and look forward to our next visit!

Ask the Community - COPA Lounge

Could you please make me aware of the dress code; for men and women-shoes included? I'm reading heels are mandatory for women?

Just clean shoes and not barefoot is all I know. There is a dress code with a big sign at the entrance. Dress appropriate for a nice establishment.

It was cold outside so it was the perfect time to visit, since they have multiple fireplaces and it's nice and cozy inside. It was early afternoon and not busy, so the only employee we saw was the bar, but she kept everyone's drinks full and was very friendly. She told us to have a seat wherever we wanted but to come to the bar to order our drinks. We both got cocktails, an Old Fashioned and a Kentucky Mule and both were quite good. They don't have much food, just some pre-packaged chips and such but some of the chips were from China with pretty odd flavors, so that was kind of fun to give a try. The photos I have seen online don't do this place justice. It's cute and comfy and super clean. Even the women's bathroom had cute decor! As we were leaving, a band was setting up to play later that evening. I was pleasantly surprised to see they often have live music and on Fridays and Saturdays, they have a band from 5-7 and another from 8-10.

Ordering twice gave us the opportunity to explore several dishes, and the quality and presentation remained thoughtful each time. Service was prompt and seamless, allowing us to enjoy a restaurant-level meal in the comfort of our room without losing the sense of intention behind the food. We sampled the steak and eggs, omelette, pork hash, along with lattes and cappuccinos. The coffee program was excellent, balanced and well crafted, pairing beautifully with the savory dishes. The steak and eggs and omelette were satisfying and well executed, but the true standout was the pork hash. It was deeply flavorful, comforting yet elevated, with a richness that felt chef-driven rather than heavy. Every bite carried warmth and depth, making it the highlight of our stay. Metropole succeeds in creating a dining experience that feels both approachable and quietly sophisticated. I came out in December for their Miracle pop-up in 2025…read more As someone who has gone to a ton of holiday cocktail bars and pop-ups over the last 10 years, Overlook Lodge's is probably the best I've ever been to. Be aware it will be FAST. Look at the order ahead of time if you're a picky eater/drinker. They run your appointment like clockwork, and you'll be in-and-out, gulping down cocktails, through the entire experience. Your two drinks are included (this year, anyway), and I'd honestly be surprised if you managed to have time for a third. Time zips by fast. That being said, because they do it this way, you essentially have constant service, there's "events" that happen at the end of your reservation time, (I don't want to spoil it, but cover your drink!), and then they kick you out. Service was friendly, though, and I saw the server make time to take group photos for all of the tables (including ours) with someone at the table's camera. (No bullshit "group photo" upsells here) It's kinda loud, though, and I wouldn't recommend this as a chill meet-up-and-socialize spot. (If you wanna talk, they have an addendum, Christmas-themed laid-back bar next door.) It's more of a "get blasted in the face by Christmas for an hour and then leave" experience. It's pretty loud, and talking can be a bit difficult over the music and constant interruptions (more drinks? Photos? Cute Christmas video montage?) But this works in its favor as it feels the most Christmas, over-the-top, and seasonal out of all the holiday bars I've ever been to. It also keeps it from feeling too crowded as reservations are required, so you for-sure have a seat and you don't have to stand forever in line to wait for drinks. I'd probably guesstimate that bar staff is making all of their seasonal drinks, constantly, and servers just pick one up to deliver. With the capacity in here, it would make sense. No idea what the bar is like the rest of the year; this is just a review for the Miracle pop-up which, again, is probably the best I've been to in the Midwest. Cincinnati, you're spoiled down here. (Sidenote, I was absolutely taken aback by their TV presentation on the wall. It's hard to describe, but it isn't just a projector showing a giant rectangle. It's specifically slotted into the holes in-between holiday decorations. Staff told me that had to hire special technicians to get it to show up that way and that's seriously a level of detail I am so amazed by.)
