They made sure to let me know that if I had any issues at all with the work they had performed to call and they would take care of it immediately. This is my first Yelp review because quite honestly, I just don't bother. However, their service was so exceptional that I chose to take the time to leave a review. Josh was also great with getting me scheduled right away. And when it looked like I was not going to get off of work in time for my appointment he offered me another day that was more suitable for my schedule. If you are looking for a company that will provide great customer service and not take all day to get the job done, call ACE Plumbing.

Once they looked at it they told me that it has been filled in with concrete and that is why it did not work. Okay. He then swept up the water to clean it up. That cost me $535. He then spent an hour taking pictures of all the pipes in my basement to tell me I needed all the pipes in my house replaced. That will cost me $23,000. I am a senior citizen in a fixed income and $535 was to me awfully high. After he left I could only think of what a high pressure salesman he was. Next time I will check around

I said wow I'm in the wrong business, I didn't know anyone made $250 in 15 minutes and he said the price has gone up And started saying that he had to get his oil changed in his truck and it cost over $100. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything cause we all get our oil changed. Also he doesn't know how to knock on the door, he opened the door and stuck his head in yelling my name as if we were friends scaring my children while doing this. I did have this same company out close to 2 years ago and it was only $125 . Not sure inflation is that bad. Our situation had to get dealt with so I couldn't call around and I should not have assumed that this company hadn't gone money hungry, so I was shocked about the cost, I do understand cost of stuff and if he was here for hours but owners of companies can use discrepancy if it's a fast job. Fry has been our Heating and Air Conditioning company for well over 25 years. They deliver good…read moreservice. I called less than 2 weeks ago, and set up a time to have our new furnace inspected for the Fall season (We bought a Guardian (York) Furnace and AC unit, directly from Fry, and installed by Fry. (January this year)). We follow Fry's recommendations and have our furnace checked, before the winter weather gets cold, and again every spring the AC is checked. The Fry Service Tech (Chris) called at about 10:45, and said he was running ahead of schedule, and was in the neighborhood, and could he do our Fall Furnace inspection now. (Originally scheduled 1pm). He was here in 5 mins, said he remembered a little about the house, and complimented us on our new furnace. Chris went right to work, removed covers, checked the air filter ("change in the spring"), check wiring, circuits, Voltage, drain tubing, condensation well and pump. Tested the furnace for a cycle, and said "everything looks good, has she been working well for ya?" (Told him we're very happy with it! And it was a good price!) He was done in less than an hour. Then he thanked us for being a customer, put his tool bucket in his Van, and emailed a service invoice before he left the driveway, on to his next service call. We highly recommend Fry Heating and Air Conditioning, for all home Heating and AC needs. Thanks Fry, see you in the Spring!

less the 24hs after this review was posted we received a call from the company in a very defensive…read moremanner arguing my point in this review that the communication was strongly lacking. From a customer service point of view this call we received today was highly unprofessional even tho it did end in them seeming to understand where we were coming from. If the call was to happen it should've started out with I'm sorry for experience how can we improve and not try to be defensive. This caused my review to go from 3 stars down to 2. Communication is key and it can definitely be improved on here. The work that was completed was good but the lack of communication and unprofessional call has left a spur taste in my mouth. Double check your estimates. I had a piece of the requested project left off the estimate after clear communication that it needed to be done. Walked the team through what needed to be done when they got here. At that point you think they'd point out it wasn't part of the estimate but no they waited untill the rest was done and told us it was going to be almost 900 for what was forgotten on the estimate. So make sure you double check for errors because im very frustrated with this because it wouldn't have taken long since most of the pvc is already there . They also charge 3% for every thousand dollars and they did not communicate it at any state in the process of hiring them. ( they didn't charge us because it was not disclosed in the estimate itself) but beware it does exist.
