    Southwest Eggrolls

I had a great solo experience. The Southwest Chicken Egg Rolls were really good, crispy on the outside with a flavorful, filling that which make them a solid appetizer choice. The coleslaw on the side had good flavor, but it could've used a little more liquid or sauce to make it a bit more moist and balanced. I also tried the new "Lavender Bee's Knees," and it was really good! Light, refreshing, and perfectly crafted. I definitely recommend giving it a try because it's seasonal. I love the layout of the new location. It's nice and is busy. It's best to make reservations if going.

Calamari was cooked to perfection but, why do restaurants divert from marinara or cocktail sauce on the side. It is still the best.

Service was great and server listened to my mom's very long stories. Gruelling. Interior was snazzy. People are having a great time here.

Finally a new decent restaurant opened on the westside. I always loved Cooper Hawk and now we have one close to us. This is a new build location and the place is beautiful and modern. The food was delicious and the wine was savory and fruity. This location is always crowded for now as I'm sure everyone wants to try it out. Get your reservations in advance. Service was great and and attendentive . This is a must try location

Outside - The photo depicts the exterior of Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant, a modern building with large glass windows and a prominent sign displaying the business name. A red banner indicates the restaurant is 'Now Open.' The parking lot in front has reserved parking signs for handicapped spaces, and there are some items and equipment near the entrance. The sky is partly cloudy, and the scene is well-lit with natural daylight.

Considering the grand opening to the public was a few days ago- it was a great visit! Everything went smoothly from the hostess desk to dining to the tasting room. The parking lot is large- which will be a great asset during peak hours. The restaurant exterior has a fresh design that is different from the other Cincinnati area locations. As we entered we were greeted promptly. The wine tasting area is up front as with other locations. The interior is a mix of modern American. We ordered salmon and the Napa salad. Our waitress was amiable and also knowledgeable. Put food arrived in a timely manner and was yummy. Afterwards we stopped for wine sampling. The tasting room staff were excellent-. Matthew, our tasting room attendant, was warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. He made the experience enjoyable.

We've been wine club members for years and when we found out another one was going to open in Cincinnati on the west side, I knew we had to check it out! When we pulled in, I fell in love with the building. The inside is very open, and inviting. We did a wine tasting and Lisa was amazing! Very accommodating and helpful. I love the set up of the tasting room. Very classy and spacious. I love how they have the wines and accessories set up. We made reservations and had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. They were slammed but our server was attentive. The dining area is very open! Love it! I ordered the trios medallions steak (cooked medium) and my Mr. ordered the filet mignon. We waited probably 20 minutes. Worth the wait. Our steaks were amazing! We paired it with a bottle of the Curtis Stone red wine. So good! I can say that we are huge fans of Coopers Hawk. Always on point! We had a great experience at this location and will most likely return!

Luxe Chardonnay - A glass of white wine and a glass of red wine are placed on a dark wooden table in a restaurant. The white wine glass is in the foreground, with the red wine glass slightly behind it. A wooden serving board with a slice of bread and a small dish is also on the table. The background shows a dimly lit restaurant interior with blurred patrons and a modern wall design.

The new place is beautiful and has ample parking. I came for both a "wine o clock happy hour" on Friday and dinner on Saturday. The food was amazing for both visits! The wine o'clock happy hour deals are great (Mon-Fri 3:00-5:30) Highly recommend. Since it is opening weekend- I wasn't sure what to expect. Service was slow both Friday and Saturday. I am sure they'll be able to work that out with time. The barbacoa arancini were our favorite bite!

    New location!

Of course, since my lady and I are fans of Cooper's Hawk, and Wine Club members, we had to check out this new location. I really like the look of the building, it's like a modern barn design, and pretty spacious inside. The tasting room in front is bigger than the ones in West Chester and Dayton. The bar area is bigger too and the dining area more open. My lady and I started with a wine tasting. Lisa, our attendant, was absolutely great. Very friendly, very welcoming, and pretty knowledgeable, and I'm a level 1 wine sommelier saying that. The dining area gets very busy so I'd recommend making a reservation if you're going soon. We made one for 7:30pm because it was the soonest we could get. Brandon, our server, was great too. We decided to go big and get some steaks for dinner, my lady ordered the trio of medallions (all Parmesan crust), and I got the filet mignon. Being busy, we did wait a little bit, but not super long, and everything was as good as we've always had at a Cooper's Hawk. They truly know how to prepare a filet mignon and for a great price. Yeah, it was a bit of a drive to get here, but I would consider going again for sure. Can't say I've ever had a single bad experience at a Cooper's Hawk.

Bread - very good - A round bread roll with a cross cut on top is positioned on a wooden serving board. Next to it, there is a small metal bowl containing butter and a bread knife with a black handle. The setup is on a dark wooden table, suggesting a dining or bakery setting.

Went to Coopers Hawk for lunch during their friends and family pre-opening. Service was great, food was great, and the wine was amazing! Loved the decor as well. Will definitely be returning and becoming a wine member. The drunken shrimp was delicious, so many flavors that paired well.

You can stop by whenever you feel the need to taste some wine, tequila or bourbon Hannah, the manger, is so sweet. She reminds me of Joanna Gaines. She was the only one there and had a few guests to help and she said she was having a bad day but you'd never know. She made my bf and I feel more than welcome and took care of us. We got a small charcuterie with nuts, meats and cheeses and added olives. The charcuterie was not what I was expecting from a winery. It was more of an adult lunchable than charcuterie. The cheese was like that precut Cracker Barrel cheese found in the store. I would have like to have had some freshly grated parmesan or mozzarella. Something that would pair well with the wines. I'm not a fan of Swiss. Love Colby jack and cheddar but those don't really go with the wines I had. I got a flight of white wines that are numbered in my 2nd picture. They were all pretty good but 1 & 4 were my favorites. I was able to taste a new wine slush they're offering. I chose the red wine slush over the white moscato one. I fell in love with it. I tried to get one to go but was unable to due to them not having approved to go containers for them My boyfriend got a flight of premium bourbon which he enjoyed. There are lots of cosy places inside and out to sit and sip your favorite drink. We did leave with a bottle of the # 4 wine I liked and garlic sausage though. I will definitely return for a slush!!

    1. Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chop This plate came out looking…read moreserious. The pork chops had that golden, crunchy sear that lets you know the chef didn't cheat the pan. The crust is seasoned well, giving each bite a savory crunch before you hit the juicy center. The sauce on the bottom adds flavor but also runs a little thin, so it doesn't cling as much as you'd expect. The mashed potatoes are smooth, and those crispy fried onions on top add the right texture. Solid, comforting, and flavorful -- just needed a thicker reduction to tighten the plate. 2. Gnocchi with Braised Short Rib Sauce This dish is exactly what comfort food wants to be when it grows up. The gnocchi is soft, pillowy, and coated in a rich, slow-simmered sauce that tastes like somebody took their time building layers. You get a blend of tomato, parmesan, herbs, and that short rib flavor that carries the whole bowl. It's heavy -- in a good way -- and every bite feels like fall weather in a bowl. Definitely one of the stronger dishes. 3. Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with Green Beans & Tomato Relish The chicken is fried to that perfect "crisp but not greasy" level. The parmesan crust gives it a nutty, salty pop, while the tomato pieces add freshness to cut through the richness. The shredded parmesan on top melts just enough to tie everything together. The green beans are cooked right -- not soggy, still with a snap. The side dish (mac & cheese, most likely) is creamy with a buttery breadcrumb top that adds the right crunch. Overall, a well-balanced plate. 4. Spaghetti & Meatballs This is classic Italian comfort done the Cooper's Hawk way. The sauce is thick, tangy, and bright with tomato flavor. The meatballs are tender and seasoned well, and the touch of ricotta on top softens the acidity and makes the sauce creamy as you mix it in. The pasta is cooked right -- not mushy, not stiff, easy to twirl. Simple, hearty, and dependable. Overall Impression Cooper's Hawk came through with a table full of comfort and richness. Everything was plated well, seasoned properly, and cooked with intention. The standout dishes are the gnocchi and the parmesan-crusted chicken, but nothing on the table missed the mark.
