I love vinology! The setting, the vibes, and quality is honestly very top tier. I am so far away as a wine connoisseur LOL but I am a connoisseur of a good time haha... I took a friend here to celebrate her birthday and it was such a nice vibe. It was intimate, the staff was super friendly, the selections of wine was expansive and the charcuterie/ bites menu were very good. I ordered their sauvignon Blanc on their menu - was quite delicious. We had also ordered the pick 4 charcuterie and it came with so much and it was so beautiful. They do their best to source their wines from smaller vineyards because the quality is just better where you don't end up with a headache or high blood pressure at the end of the night LOL. Love Vinology. This is my second visit and decided it was time to review. Vinology hosts a coffee shop during the day: And it's a wine bar during the afternoon and evening. Their wine cellar (in the back) has a great selection of curated wines from around the world. We stopped in to pick up a bottle of Pinot Noir, but also ended up taking home a rosé. The staff are well versed in wines and it's a welcome addition to have information and knowledge about the wines. The prices are very reasonable. read more

My second time it, but this trip included my BFF. We stopped in for a glass of wine and a snack before dinner across the street. Both visits included excellent service from Jake the wine tender, we both enjoyed a glass of red wine that was super yummy. We both love the decor of the wine Bar. And the cheese plate was OMG oh so tasty. I would buy again in a heartbeat. I have to say I have never been a wine bar or even a bar person, but I really enjoy Vinology, I will be back even if it is a 40 minute drive. It is worth it to sample wines and buy some as well. Remember it isn't just a wine bar, they have a large selection of wines for sale in the back and you can even expand your wine knowledge with their classes on wines. Thank god for Yelp events. Even before this event, we've been wanting to check this place out. After the experience, we definitely wanted to pay them another visit. Vinology is different from other wine stores I've been to. What sets them apart is that this place is intimate and they are very selective on what wines they sell. Unique at a reasonable price. The owner and employees take the time to help and educate you on the wines. Not snobby in any way. They offer classes you can take and learn about the wines (check it out online to book). Saturdays, they open at 4:00 to serve drinks or flights. For Dinner (after 6:00 pm) they have Chef John cook a wonderful feast (menu changes weekly) served buffet style. During the day is served coffee. Lookout Joe and Vinology are connected. So you have the best of both worlds. My Mr and I dropped by for wine after lunch. We had wine by the glass at the cellar. Debra (sorry if I misspelled your name) was there to assist us (thanks for remembering us from the event). She was down to earth. We enjoyed wine by the glass: Altos Las Hormigas Malbec Kermit Lynch Côtes du Rhône rouge Broccardo Dolcetto d'Alba All were good! We also had good conversations with Debra. Owner Michelle dropped by and she remembered us from the Yelp event as well. We talked for a little bit and we will definitely come back for future tastings. Especially on Tuesdays. The whole experience was great. We got to enjoy some wine and purchased two bottles to take home and pair with our meals. We are fans and I can see us as regulars! read more

My lady and I became big fans of this spot after a wonderful Yelp event here. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and welcoming including the owner herself (and her little dog is undeniably adorable). So we had to stop by for more and we're glad we did. We rolled in on a Saturday afternoon. They share their space with Lookout Joe, a great little coffee shop, so the wine bar opens later in the evening at 4pm. Still, we were able to enjoy a few glasses of wine in the wine cellar shop. Debra, one of staff members, was very inviting and knowledgeable. We enjoyed glasses of Altos Las Hormigas Malbec, Kermit Lynch Côtes du Rhône rouge, and Broccardo Dolcetto d'Alba. All three were excellent, though I especially enjoyed the Cotes du Rhone. Of course, we got a couple bottles to go, and no surprise one was that Cotes du Rhone. We're definitely going back here regularly, especially during the evening on a weekend, when they have a gourmet chef making shareable plates. We might even check out one of their wine classes, like the 10 wines under $20 class. This place has a lot going on and we want to experience it all. read more

You can absolutely tell how much the employees are invested in making this place great. I got to watch them film some social media promos that were delightful. Had a nice time here during their opening weekend! Great selection of wine, loved to see some bottles from smaller US regions (fingerlakes and willamette, not just the standard napa and Sonoma). Staff was very friendly and inviting! Beautiful beautiful place! It's classy and upscale. I love the owner! She took a big risk leaving her corporate job to start this wine shop which also has tasting classes and an outdoor space to enjoy which you can bring your dog along to. She shares a space with a coffee company which is also excellent! The varieties of wine and coffee are endless here. It's a must try you won't regret! read more

Michelle was the absolute best! She assisted and welcomed us even though we were super early. She stopped what she was doing and immediately attended to us allowing us to taste several different wine offerings. The aesthetics are super cute. Love the place ambiance. It's small but pretty decorated, and has spacious outdoor sitting. I wanted to check them out since it's just open. They offer taste before buying, after two tasting, I got a bottle right away to bring home, I would say the employees were very friendly and helpful with the choices. I was surprised by how cheap the bottle was. I thought a place like this would hike up there price but I was wrong.
