Already at a loss of $5000, and 4 months later, my stress was at an all-time high that I had made the worst purchase decision of my entire life. I'm a big believer in supporting small business in Albuquerque and I believe in giving people the opportunity to make it right. I contacted the general manager, he's a busy man and very hard to get a hold of, but the quality of our conversations was worth the wait. He made me an offer to buy back the vehicle and allow me to cut my losses completely, or he could help set up a really good deal on another vehicle if I gave it another shot. We took him up on that offer because I feel that he was acting in good faith and wanted to make it right. We ended up buying another vehicle after he paid off the one that gave us so much trouble. In being fair and taking such good care of my family, this dealership has gained a life long customer. I would recommend them to any friend or family member looking for a reliable used vehicle. Renting vehicles left and right trying all sorts of midsized cars to oversized suvs. In the past few months I've had to buckle down and focus which for me can be hard at times *SQUIRREL!!* see what I mean! Ive test-driven quite a few privately owned vehicles and dealership vehicles not feeling quite comfortable enough to put down a chunk of money on. The beginning of my 5 rating goes back to Tuesday middle of the night. hmmm..1am perhaps browsing Craigslist. Mind you I've only had my eyes set on a Toyota Camry or Toyota RAV but I saw this Nissan that caught my eye so I emailed owner not realizing at that moment it was a dealership. I was contacted the next day, set gps, pulled up and realized it was a dealership. To be honest I'm always weary of dealerships and car salesmen so I was hesitant to get down but decided I had nothing to lose. The gentleman that was emailing me came out to met me. He made me feel at ease right away. He was able to answer every question I had without hesitation where as I've seen in some salesman as they stop for even a moment to come up with an answer...I know..they are reaching. i Took car for a test drive and felt more at ease and safe in this vehicle than any of the other cars I'd taken for a spin in the past few months. Upon return more questioned ensued with clear cut answers. Now on a first name basis Adrian showed me other cars in my price range. I never felt pressure from him which I thought was amazing and exceptional!! Everything from questions on Bluetooth to the mileage on the car had simple answers. The company mission and motto was explained to me a few times which I thought was great. The importance of earning a lifelong client outweighs the sale or profit of a car and the fact that their company is working with and for the community, to me, outweighs options from other car companies. Friendly & enthusiastic employees, great work ethics, top notch selection of inventory, good warranty package, perfect location, and the willingness to work with a clients budget will have me recommending Love Auto time & time again!

Walked in Oscar greeted me at front, took me back to desk, explaining how CarMax works. Did an excellent job breaking down process. I explained what I was looking for. He pulled up some options. Oscar had an appraiser go evaluate my truck while we evaluated the 2 I liked. Appraisal was more than one , but lower than other dealers. KEY is they don't require you to sell it to them. Truck I liked would cost me $199 to have it delivered from UT for a test drive. I paid, 10 days later after inspected/prepped, I drove it. During the 10 days Oscar & system kept me updated of shipping status. Zero haggling or problems during the appraisal, search, shipping, test drive & final sale. Final paperwork takes a while, so be prepared to wait. Business office staff broke down the paperwork, easy explanation of cost. Thereby making you feel you are not being taken. I called two days later to confirm with Brittany (in business office) if everything was a go, because I will be going to TX soon. I am worried about my temporary plates expiring. She explained everything is great, but would personally watch out for them. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, because I feel I no longer need to worry about this. Brittany is on top of it. There are many different sales persons in the building, young, older, male, female, of color, Spanish speaking, so absolutely no reason you can't find someone to feel comfortable with in your vehicle search. Now that said I highly recommend Oscar (attached his photo) You are able to ask for him personally if you wish. Funny that wife & I found him easy to work with even though we have adult grand-kids his age. Young but a hard worker & quick to get you the answers you need.

The car is in demand and frankly I am not interested in stalking the CarMax app. My point is It is time to modernize the car purchasing process. Example: set up a buyer profile with my desired vehicle(s) that will proactively notify me of the car available in my area or in neighboring cities or states. Interaction with agent from the website would be great! Any workflow improvements that would accelerate the search to purchase would be great. My 2 cents.
