The WORST service department I've dealt with in my 43 years on this planet…read more My car kept dying (brand new, 12k miles, bought from this dealer), I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT, dropped it off for what is, let's be honest, about the most basic job a service department does: a battery. When I dropped it off, they asked if I'd be waiting or if I had a ride. Thank God I had a ride, because otherwise I'd be dead. Here's how long they kept it: EIGHT DAYS. Eight days for a battery. With an appointment. And not eight days with updates, eight days of total silence. I called 15 times (no answer, not once) and texted the number on their own "text anytime for status" line over and over. Nothing. Then they finally messaged: "Battery is fine, you can pick it up, call if you have any questions." I called back three times immediately. No answer, of course. I've never in my life heard of a shop keeping a car for over a week with zero contact, for anything routine, let alone a battery. (And for the record, they never even fixed it. AND THEY STILL HAVE THE CAR!) Avoid like the plague. If you call their service department and someone actually picks up, I'll give you $100. (They won't.)

Everything ! My\n Car sat at that dealership for over 2 months. Waiting for a transmission to come…read morein. That was under a warranty and I was lied to and told the part was ordered and on its way, and then all of a sudden the part wasn't ordered or lost in transition. And never could get a courtesy car out of them , and they spent over a thousand dollars on a rental car. I inquired at Hyundai corporate and they did nothing to help me.Just kept me on hold for several weeks, waiting to make their decision. And it was not in my favor. I love my car.I've had it over thirteen years and never had a problem until I came here and had to work with this dealership. Prior to having the need for a transmission, my car was in the collision center of the same name.Waiting to be repaired. You ask what could be improved at this dealership? They need to get more mechanics. They need to stop lying to their customers. They need to improve their timelime as far as getting things fixed.Because they are ridiculous!
