They are an open space with lots of various seating and I always feel relaxed when I walk inside. They have light airy decor and uplifting music which just helps the ambience. Their options have expanded and now they have things for non coffee/tea drinkers. I love their milky tea and the whole story behind it. Their popiah is also such a tangy treat for the morning. Filling and yet full of veggies which I love! This is a fun treat spot for me and so always enjoy going there or meet others in this spot. If you haven't been I would highly suggest a visit today!

They were both good but I thought the biscoff was the better of the two. They were both very sweet. They have a few fruit forward croffles that I would like to try as well. For coffee, I went with the Milo which was some sort of chocolate iced coffee. It was good but also very sweet. I would definitely look for a less sweet option next time. Presentation of the riffles was beautiful, even in a to go order, but I do think I missed out on a lot of the cool vibes by not dining in.

This spot is just off the creek, with a decent parking lot and a drive through. It has a deeper warmer green than a Starbucks, and it draws a much warmer crowd too. We chatted often with the people in this shop! And we visited twice. How welcoming is that? The breakfast burrito is nothing flashy, but definitely warm gooey goodness. What sets it apart is the sauce: creamy, gently spiced, something like a seasoned mayo but not spicy. Coffee, of course, is the backbone here, and it's handled with a kind of calm precision. Our barista kindly alerted my partner and me that a warm blueberry latte would have oatmeal because of course the blueberry curdles regular milk. It was great attention to detail, and it's why we came back again and again during our week long trip. They had a special for every day! Shout out to the orange blossom latte which made me feel like a fairy amidst the city's tulips.

Dear reader,…read more Bovaconti Coffee in Fountain Square remains one of my favourite coffee shops, and we stop there whenever we come to town. It is the sort of place that feels special the moment you walk in. A lot of people rave about the beautiful space, and quite right too. The shop has a gorgeous, old-world feel in a historic Fountain Square building, plenty of seating, and a lovely outdoor area that is very dog friendly. The staff always boast a delightful disposition that makes you want to smile and enjoy the rest of your day as well. As for the coffee, I love the iced Mayan Mocha. It is like a mocha with a kick and extra flavour depth, and it is absolutely delicious. The dark chocolate, honey, cinnamon, and cayenne give it a little warmth and complexity without losing the joy of a proper iced coffee treat. They also have some really high-end pastries to choose from. I love the lemon loaf, and some of the more complex, unique pastries make it feel a bit more elevated than the average coffee stop. Overall, it is clean, beautiful, welcoming, and always worth the return visit.

There's plenty of natural light, but also several cozier, dark areas perfect for coworking. When the weather's nice, the patio is unbeatable - they offer ample patio seating as well as chairs along the sidewalk. I usually choose something from their seasonal menu, and recently I tried the iced blueberry brown sugar matcha and it was amazing. *Free parking directly outside the building on Woodlawn Ave

It is a bit challenging to find parking but there are a few spots in front. I parked down the street and walked which is always an option. There are a few stairs to get in but also a ramp, and the set up has a nice aisle like space for the line and plenty of tables and chairs. It can be quite loud so keep that in mind if you want a quieter reflection time, and maybe take it to go or sit outside. They have various food items but I absolutely LOVE their peanut butter energy balls! In fact that is why I came to this location as this is where the magic happens. They make them here and send them to other Tinker locations! They are the perfect blend of savory and a tad sweet and go super well with their coffee and/or London Fog tea. Yum! I will freely admit to buying all they had on hand, and now can enjoy them at home. Yay! It is a very busy spot so not the friendliest of staff, but assumed they were already hassled from the morning. It was a great spot to meet a friend and enjoy the patio and some tea/coffee. I would for sure go back and even bring a friend! In fact I've already mentioned it to several people as a potential meet up spot! Definitely something to enjoy!
