We did wait a bit since there was only one person working. On the wall, looks like they sell snacks and tea bags. Saw they have oolong tea bags but don't have oolong milk tea on the menu which was a bummer for me. I ended up trying to roasted milk tea and thought it tasted like regular milk tea. There are two entry doors--one facing Foothills Blvd & one facing Pleasant Grove Blvd. It is clean & spacious with table seating & cute touches of decor. Hidden gem. Super clean. Menu is very large font and they have it posted in the front. The also have items that can be pre-order (food and drinks). I think CTB should just stick with the refreshwr drinks and not offer any food Menu item. The wantons meat seems it had been off the freezer for sometime and has an aftertaste and smell. No condiments like soy sauce and chili sauce out. I know they tried to attract more buyers but not doing well with the food items. . The ruijami bun is full of fatty pork. The customer service is dry- no connection to the clients. Drinks are good but can be better. The lychee fruit drink is too sweet even though I mentioned not to add a lot of sweetener. The pork noodle soup is overflowing with oil ... we didn't finish our food and threw everything inside the store. Wed didn't complain as there is only one person doing the cashier and drink. My Goodness, this place is legit. I am so so so happy that is so close to my house, I can even walk there if I want to.. We went there just to give it a try since it is new. We got spicy beef noodle soup, Dan Dan noodle and popcorn chicken. These are basic Taiwanese dishes. If you can do them well, all other foods will be good. The spicy Dan Dan noodles is great. Also tried the iced milk tea with grass jelly and what's amazing is that you can get it without the sugar and the jelly is very mild and not too sweet. This milk tea isn't too flowery tasting and their sugar level adjustments are just right for my liking. Also, I always receive kind service. I used to go to the Sacramento location all the time in high school so when I saw they opened a location in Roseville, I had to go there. The interior of this location is clean and spacious. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by a worker. The two workers there were incredibly friendly and genuinely looked happy. Their attitudes alone make me want to come back and support this boba shop. I ordered a large Jasmine Milk Tea with pudding. It had a strong tea flavor that I liked and felt refreshing to drink. The large is LARGE. I'm glad they didn't shrink the size of their cups though the price has increased from my high school days (which is understandable).
