I love the milk tea here!!! It is my go to spot for boba, the portions are amazing for the price as well. The workers are always friendly. There's also cute keychains that you can buy! Atmosphere is cute and fun :) read more

I like that cool tea bar sells larger size drinks. First time at this location and it was empty when we came by with only one party ahead of us. We did wait a bit since there was only one person working. On the wall, looks like they sell snacks and tea bags. Saw they have oolong tea bags but don't have oolong milk tea on the menu which was a bummer for me. I ended up trying to roasted milk tea and thought it tasted like regular milk tea. If in the area, I'd probably come back to try their hot snacks. read more

Girl there that was working around 3 ish yesterday is rude and needs to be trained more. I asked her what's the difference between spicy fries and Cajun seasoning. She said there's a big difference. Spicy is spicy and Cajun isn't. Ok last time I checked it's a blend of seasonings including cayenne pepper ... but ok. They had No ketchup, no sauces, & then their chicken and fries were both bland, soggy, and greasy. I got my food and literally ate it right away so no I didn't let it sit. I asked for extra seasonings for the chicken and fries since it was bland and she said she couldn't do that. Then I said can I just have salt? She said they're well seasoned. Clearly not if I'm asking for salt. Also their spicy fries are NOT spicy so idk what she's talking about. Please train your staff better. Waste of money. read more

We decided to try this spot out on a warm Sunday afternoon. There are two entry doors--one facing Foothills Blvd & one facing Pleasant Grove Blvd. It is clean & spacious with table seating & cute touches of decor. A few balance-type games are available, which we had fun playing. The windows have effective sun shades. I couldn't understand the language of the music playing, but I still enjoyed the upbeat tunes. Our order-- Large Coffee Smoothie (30% sugar) with Boba--very slushie, coffee flavor was mild & good, boba was nicely soft & plentiful Mystery Cup with Thai Tea (30% sugar)--good tea-forward flavor, appreciate I could adjust the sweetness Mystery Cup with a Strawberry Smoothie--a refreshing slushie that tasted like a strawberry Starburst Our mystery cups held a teddy bear & cute bear light!! Customer service was so hospitable! We were welcomed by friendly staff as soon as we walked in, had our questions answered, had drinks & straws delivered to our table, & were acknowledged when we left. We had tasty sips & a pleasant experience in a comfortable environment that made for a nice, leisurely time. read more

Hidden gem. Super clean. Menu is very large font and they have it posted in the front. The also have items that can be pre-order (food and drinks). You can also text your order for 1 hour pick up which is nice too. Lots of seating inside. The only negative that I experience, was the cashier assume I was taking my food to go. It was all boxed up. The spring rolls are so delicious and with mango Boba smoothie. read more

Boba Tea Drinks and snacks [Roseville CA] Came here for the first time since they took over the former Lollicup location. Inside is spacious and clean with fun aesthetics that include displays of merchandise and cute surprises from the blind mystery cups. Cool Tea Bar offers a wide selection of boba tea, smoothies, specialty drinks and snacks. We placed our orders for a Fruity Smoothie (mango & strawberry) and daughter chose a lychee drink blind mystery cup. My smoothie was refreshing and delicious, I love the tangy flavors... they were very generous on the boba, just look at my cup, it's 1/3 filled with boba pearls LoL! Friendly customer service. Daughter had fun revealing her surprise blind mystery cup! Can't wait to return and try their snacks. Review #3751 read more

I think CTB should just stick with the refreshwr drinks and not offer any food Menu item. The wantons meat seems it had been off the freezer for sometime and has an aftertaste and smell. No condiments like soy sauce and chili sauce out. I know they tried to attract more buyers but not doing well with the food items. . The ruijami bun is full of fatty pork. The customer service is dry- no connection to the clients. Drinks are good but can be better. The lychee fruit drink is too sweet even though I mentioned not to add a lot of sweetener. The pork noodle soup is overflowing with oil ... we didn't finish our food and threw everything inside the store. Wed didn't complain as there is only one person doing the cashier and drink. Didn't know if there's a second person cooking. read more

The Cold Chicken Noodles were delicious, spicy and flavorful. Good size portion too. The owners both checked on me to make sure I was enjoying it. The Boba Milk Tea is always delicious and they are quick making them, which is nice. I'd recommend this place for a refreshing meal and/or quick drink. Lots of close parking as well. read more

My Goodness, this place is legit. I am so so so happy that is so close to my house, I can even walk there if I want to.. We went there just to give it a try since it is new. We got spicy beef noodle soup, Dan Dan noodle and popcorn chicken. These are basic Taiwanese dishes. If you can do them well, all other foods will be good. To our pleasant surprise, they are excellent. The food is perfectly seasoned with right amount f spices I hope they will never change. Welcome to the neighborhood. You will see more of me for sure!!!!!!!!!!! read more

The spicy Dan Dan noodles is great. Also tried the iced milk tea with grass jelly and what's amazing is that you can get it without the sugar and the jelly is very mild and not too sweet. Checked out the Cool Tea Bar after going to the park. We got their #1 and #2 best sellers as well as their popcorn chicken and cheesy fries. Their grass jelly roasted milk tea had a nice toasted flavor that was subtle and not overpowering. The pearl milk tea was nice and refreshing and had just the right amount of sweetness. Their popcorn chicken was plump and moist. The fries were nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service was great - Sunny was really pleasant and welcoming. read more

Im visiting from out of town and was surprised to see they have a cool tea in this area. We walked in and were ignored, not greeted or even acknowledged. We waited a while to order but that's okay as she did seem busy. Upon ordering off the bat, the cashier girl had a nasty attitude!! I ordered a brown sugar milk tea to which she asked if I wanted toppings. I said no but then i asked if the brown sugar milk tea came with boba and she rolled her eyes at me and said "that's what topping are". Rude as hell but okay I'll let it slide. After the 5th drink ordered, finally my little brother ordered his drink and asked if his drink as well came with boba and yet again another eye roll and said "that's what pearls are". A simple "no" is fine girl. Drinks were good, ambience was fine (strange church like music in the background but they do have games while you wait), location was easy to find but customer service needs a lot of work. read more

I drive past this place a lot and it's hard not to stop in every time I pass it. I love their Pearl Milk Tea! This milk tea isn't too flowery tasting and their sugar level adjustments are just right for my liking. Also, I always receive kind service. They accommodate my weird request to only have 1/2 scoop of boba with a smile. The last time I went, the kind woman crafting my milk tea gave me a free candy she made. It was matcha and it was delicious! I'd consider getting their party kit for my next get together. read more

We've been following the exploits of renowned Szechuan Chef Yang Bing for many years and were pleasantly surprised that he came out of retirement to provide his skills to a limited menu at Cool Tea Bar in Roseville. Their offerings include Beef Noodles, Dan Dan Noodles, Cold Noodles with Chicken and the must-have Jia Rou Mo (so-called Chinese hamburger) in a crispy flat bread bun. Service was outstanding, food was great and choice of dessert drinks was plentiful! Looking out for more items to be added to the menu. read more

drinks are good but the boba still taste like the previous business's (lollicup) boba.. chewy water. no flavor. sometimes when i have a strong honeydew craving i get the drink but go elsewhere to buy a scoop of boba. that's how sad it is. wish they'd update their boba recipe. not sure if it's the same owners but if it is hope they see this read more

I used to go to the Sacramento location all the time in high school so when I saw they opened a location in Roseville, I had to go there. The interior of this location is clean and spacious. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by a worker. The two workers there were incredibly friendly and genuinely looked happy. Their attitudes alone make me want to come back and support this boba shop. I ordered a large Jasmine Milk Tea with pudding. It had a strong tea flavor that I liked and felt refreshing to drink. The large is LARGE. I'm glad they didn't shrink the size of their cups though the price has increased from my high school days (which is understandable). Note: the prices on the menu need to be updated. The Grass Jelly Roasted MT is $6.25 on the menu but I was charged $6.50 before tax read more

Great food, very flavorful and fulfilling. The drinks were fantastic and very well priced - the large was much larger than other boba shops' large, and a great ratio of jelly. The chef, owners, and cashier were very kind and friendly, definitely felt welcomed. This place deserves more attention and definitely stop by for great drinks and/or food. 10/10 would recommend. read more

What a joke. Went there on a Sunday around 6pm expecting to get a variety of boba drinks. They ran out of all bobas. What are the chances of that? Maybe the young kid didn't want to make it? I can't imagine a place that specializes in boba drinks run out of their main ingredients. There's so many options in the area, why wouldn't you want to be better than the other shops to attract more business. Needless to say, I went down the street to get bobas for the family. One and done for me. Not going to waste my time driving there just to go somewhere else because Cool tea bar doesn't know how to run a business. read more

I stopped in here for a very late lunch while I was in the area, the cashier was friendly and the food and drink came out quick. My Thai Tea tasted good, but the cold chicken noodles (spicy) stunned me with how flavorful they were. It was to such an extent that after eating the noodles and going back to the Thai Tea, the tea tasted better than my first few sips. I will definitely return to try the other dishes and drinks. read more

I did enjoy my mango tonic at the location. The popcorn chicken was okay. I had my husband call in his order. He told the lady on the phone that I was in the store ready to pick it up. Since the order taker came and brought our orders to us when they were ready, I thought that would've been the kind of service we would receive. They didn't come to bring my husband's order to me. I had to go up and ask for it. The store wasn't that busy. Not the best service. read more

This was my stop over and was very pleasantly surprise with the selections they have. I'm a wintermelon tea gal but I'm a convert because of their Jasmine tea 15% sweetness!! So good!
