Presented with the various tint options available, I was super indecisive as to the level of tint that would look best, be most effective etc. -dark or darkest? - Oh no! Major tint dilemma!!! Looking around the CV for a window tint place, I came across Cool Solutions. They had the best ratings and computer cutting. Got an appointment easily. They have moved to the front building (A-9 I think) from the B-building. The walk through was easy, Jeremy offered good knowledge and was professional. The new place was clean and well organized. I bought a new car with factory tinted windows last fall and could feel the heat coming through the glass even in winter. A couple of months ago I decided it was time to get some relief from the heat and called Jeromy to get my windows tinted. Updated: I chose this place because of the reviews on here. Initially, there was a mix-up with my appointment and my vehicle wasn't tinted. However, within 24 hours I was contacted by them and they made up for it. Because they were honest and generous to keep my business, I was able to afford to also schedule my truck as well. Both vehicles were tinted a day apart and both came out great. The tech, Jonathan, did both my vehicles and I was even there to watch him do the truck. He walked me through the process and didn't mind that I wanted to observe the entire time. It's only been 1-2 days that it has been tinted, but it looks like it won't have any kind of issues to it. read more

I recently had most of the windows on my campervan tinted by Jeremy and his fine crew. I am about to take a long drive to Phoenix at the end of the month, and will really test out the effectiveness of the job then, but so far I can say I definitely feel the delightful difference of not having my driver's side arm burned just running into Palm Springs to do my shopping! No "bubbling", looks as well as feels great! Eileen, the receptionist was friendly and efficient. Jeremy was patient in answering some questions on my initial visit for the estimate. The prices were quite fair for the level of what seems to be top notch work. My only suggestion, as I don't want to call it a "complaint" and ruin this 5 star review is that at the very last minute, when I arrived to have the job done, I suddenly had to make a few very important decisions as to which level of tint I would like on which windows! This made me very anxious, as I know nothing about the topic, had no idea there was a choice to be made, and though I made some choices on the spot, even now I am not altogether sure I shouldn't have gone "darker" on one or two windows; but then there was some confusion about what was "legal" and not...If I had it to do over again, I would have liked to be able to ask more about this, research and think about it in advance and then make the decision... read more
