They did an excellent job tinting my 2013 Honda Accord. It was very fast. It only took 1.5 hours to do all the windows. When I got home I realized they didn't smooth down the bottom corner of my rear window so I tried as best as possible but I still have bubbles in it months later. So I took a star off. They should of check over the car in the sun after they pulled it out if the bay so they could see the mistake. Would of taken 2 minutes extra. read more

My initial meeting with Jonathan was very informative. This is the first time I've ever tinted my car windows so I appreciated the time he spent and the visual displays he used to show me the different degrees of tinting available. He explained the difference in pricing without pressure to go with the most expensive. The installation took about an hour and a half but they have a comfortable waiting room with TV and coffee. I've seen vehicles with the film peeling and bubbling so the lifetime warranty made me feel better about my purchase. I'll let you know after the 100+ degree summer how things look. I phoned cool solutions on a weekend to which they were closed of course but I left a message and asked if someone would please return my call as I wanted to get a quote on window tinting on a new vehicle I just purchased. Believe it first thing Monday morning I received a phone call from a very pleasant young man who explain the entire process the various types of window tents and the prices. When I quired as to making an appointment he told me they were a few weeks out and it would be sometime before they could get me in. This spoke volumes to me as any business what is that busy generally is a good business with a good reputation. At any rate he said he would put me a list and that if they had a cancellation they would get me in sooner if they could. To my surprise it wasn't for days when I received a phone call stating that they had a cancellation and I could bring my vehicle in that afternoon and have it done. The unfortunate thing was I was heading out of town on business and could not except. So my review is not based upon my experience in doing business with these folks, but more or less A complement and her comment on their service and their employees. I dropped my car off to have them tint my windows. I was quoted one price but when my husband went to pick up my car, he was told a different price. How professional...NOT!! And to top it off, I purposely dropped my car off with 7 miles left until empty for gas and took a photo of my odometer. My husband gets my car back with 3 miles left until empty and 4 more miles on my car than when I dropped it off. Now exactly what were these people doing besides tinting my windows where my car needed to be driven anywhere!?!? Unacceptable!! Did an amazing job with the ceramic tint on my car! Took the time to show me my options and did a clean install. Sunroof is 100x better with tint on top (I don't have a solid roof panel on the interior, only a mesh type of cover that let heat through). 15% looks dark which I like but great visibility from the inside. This is a very professional business. I've always had to put a sun protector on my windshield that would block out some of the heat, but the heat was still pretty strong because of the black interior in my G37. Now, I can get away with not putting up the reflector in the desert and not suffer any of the heat. I called in and made a reservation with Jeromy to get it done the week after the call. He showed me a variety of different tint products and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. He had a pricier carbon-based film which is pretty transparent but blocks out about 65% of the heat from the sun. Also, he has a more affordable metal-alloy based film which provides a strong tint, but blocks a little less heat than the carbon based film. I chose to use both films on my car. Waiting wasn't as bad as I thought it would be: Jeromy gave me a water bottle, and I watched Netflix in the waiting room he has set up. It didn't take very long either! He works on only one car at a time, so I felt like I received special attention. My tint took between 1-2 hours The tint came out great!, there were microbubbles on some parts but they went away by the next week. The tint makes a sublime difference in the heat level in my car. My car will stay at a cool temperature at when all the windows are up, but when I open the windows for even 5 minutes, the sunlight starts heating up the interior making it unbearable. I know the tint makes a difference! The prices were very reasonable and Jeromy's service was great! read more
