I had a fantastic experience at Keep It Cool Window Tinting with my Honda Accord. I chose their ceramic grade window tint for the four windows, and I'm really happy with the results after three months. The tint keeps my car cool and looks great so far, and I'm hopeful it will last a long time since ceramic tints are known to last 5 to 10 years or more with proper care. Received a quote to have window tinting on our Jeep, we were given two options and we selected to have the ceramic tint which is more expensive than the regular tint. We were given a quote of $250.00 to do ceramic on 5 windows . When we picked up our vehicle the price was $450.00. At no time durning the conversation with the sales person did they mention $450.00 They did a good job but we feel it was a little deceptive On the price! The gentleman that helped us out was very knowledgeable and even recommended options to ensure that the back and front windows matched. In November 2017 I met Lupe and had him and his helper tint all my windows using Suntek Ceramic and it turned out great. When I went to pick up the car I noticed 1 window had some dust or bubbles near the edge so I showed him and he immediately took the car back around and replaced the entire piece to perfection. I remember it was a hot day and somehow they still did it everything right and kept it professional. 3+ years later and the tint is still perfect, after having the ceramic tint installed I noticed my car kept cooler and a constant temp more easily. Brought our 2012 Hyundai Elantra in today (1-23-2024) for the rear window to be re-tinted. We have had our vehicles tinted at Keep it Cool window tinting for years now, and have used them for our home windows as well. Our rear window was showing signs of blurriness. They came to my Palm Springs estate and I have to tell you Ronan was honest, helpful & really helped give advice with types of shades and tint to go with on my house. I went with a light reflective tint and it cuts back on my energy bill dramatically!! The price was not bad either and it was done very well with great quality and craftsmanship. We all have had tried to either tint our own car windows ourselves or had a crummy job some where that left bubbles. They did my HUGE windows front and back And guess what?? NO BUBBLES!! Extremely disappointed with the service received and the professionalism of the owner Lupe. My son did an extensive search for a good place to do his front window tint and found this company. We live in DHS therefore, he drove to Indio which is more than 30mins away. He told Lupe 3 times he wanted Ceramic tint and didn't realize until he drove away that it was Carbon tint. My son immediately called and was told he had to go back the next morning and he would be charged $20 more. Here's my issue, it was Lupe's error and he has the nerve to charge my son more with the current gas prices and his time. I called Lupe with my concerns and he could careless. I wouldn't recommend this company. No accountability for their errors. He will try to say my son chose this however, my son has ceramic throughout his car make no sense why he would get carbon for the only front. read more
