Wow. Just totally WOW.... the latest: had tint put on 2 windows. 2nd window was short a few inches of tint. Came back next day! And put the tint on....A day later, from where we were standing, I noticed something--like a small tear.. Manny rearranged an appointment (THANK YOU to those people!) and came the next day, replaced the tint, no problem. He's pretty meticulous and leaves making sure there are as few air bubbles as possible, which there are hardly any to begin with. As a business owner that makes my living off of customer reviews I felt that it would be necessary to discuss my experience with Manny. I set up a time at 11 AM on Saturday to have the windows on my new 2025 car tinted at 1 PM on Saturday and after multiple texts and phone calls Manny finally replies and tells me that he's now after just completing another job on his way home to Computer cut my windows and he will be over to do the install shortly. A little period of time later Manniy tells me that he has a family emergency and that he's unable to do the window install that day. Although it's understandable that things come up and I am sympathetic to mannys family emergency. My Saturday was ruined. However, showing compassion Manny and I decided to reschedule for the following day and have the window tint installed at 1 PM on Sunday. Again after trying to contact Manny multiple times I receive a text from him saying that he is on his way home to once again cut the windows by Computer And he will be over my house shortly. This was not meant to be. As I get a text from Manny saying that the rear windows of my car are too soft? And the computer will not laser cut the two rear windows. I asked him to cut the rear windows by hand like every other tint shop does and he said he wasn't comfortable doing that. I grew up in the auto industry And for a car to meet US standards for safety. There is no such thing as windows that are too soft!. At which point I decided that Manny either did not have enough experience or was not interested in working on my car. Once again wasting my entire Sunday! Do with this information as you will it is the god honest truth and I hope nobody has to ruin their weekend Both Saturday and Sunday waiting for Manny. read more

After reading reviews and talking to various companies, I decided on dealing with Manny. He is excellent at responding to texts, as we originally set up a specific date & time. When he arrived, we spoke about what I was looking for and he recommended something lighter for the backseat area. He mentioned he had brought a limo tint, but recommended we wait for a 15% he'd be getting in a day or so. Manny went out of his way to make sure we were on the same page. We already had agreed on the 70% up front. I do not want any hassles, plus I'd like for law enforcement to see me at night in lieu of assuming. So Manny came to our humble abode and finished the job in about an hour-and-a-half. It looks really clean now, but I will get a better look when it comes out of the garage tomorrow. I thank him for this in an age where customer service in the desert seems to be an after thought for some businesses. 1. Everyone please pay attention; old casement windows, like 67 years old in my house, are difficult to tint because of dirty build up in crevices, and former owners who obviously seldom cleaned the windows. Manny did his best to prevent debris under the window film. However, there are spots I can live with until Low-E glass panes, or new windows are installed in a few years. 2. Manny came back after the initial job and addressed issues where edges of the tint were not adhering to a few windows. He did the right thing to correct the problems and this is great business practice and customer service. I researched several places to install ceramic tint on my new BMW. I had heard a lot about how much cooler it was and since I live in the Desert, it made sense. After YouTube videos & further research, I decided to go with Rayno film. Others used Llumar and Sundek. I am no expert but I wanted to try Rayno. Manny used Rayno so he was my choice. He was a strong advocate of Rayno's quality. Funny thing is I almost ended up not using him because I was frustrated with a couple delays and cancellations.
