After researching online, I saw that Empire had the best reviews and that the quality of Jaime's work was exceptional. So I decided that's where I wanted to go. I called and spoke with Jaime, who was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. When you meet him in person, it truly feels like you're talking to one of your family members. He's very personable and accommodating to fit you in. The shop was easy to find and they have a nice little waiting area where I read a book while I waited. Jaime and his dad worked on my car and they were finished in an hour and a half. I was actually surprised how quickly the whole process took. I got the ceramic tint, which is very affordable and it comes with a lifetime warranty which is awesome! Jaime was great at explaining each tint and the percentages and he kept me updated during the process. He also gives a 10 percent discount to Veterans. This is a family-owned business and I have to say it's one of the best businesses that I have been to since moving here. You really feel welcomed and the service is outstanding regardless of who you are or what you look like. Jaime is very meticulous about his work and will treat your car as if it's his own. I am very glad that I chose Empire Window Tint and I will be referring all my friends and family to them as well.
